Day 3 of cutting the b/p cycle
Yep no I both b'd and p'd
Apple juice and aloe juice - 101 Peanut butter -180 Zucchini noodles - 15 Beef cube- 5 Egg white - 25 Soy sauce - 10
B1ng3: 1/2 a bag of skinny pop 100 A bag of freeze dried strawberries 110 Almond milk: 30 Coconut milk: 45 Rice: 210-400 idek Soy sauce: 10 Egg whites: 50
And a banana 105

So I *silently bLEEEGghhh* most of what I consumed including the zucchini noodles I ate 4 hours prior to the over consumption
then I did a 500 cal work out which even tho rice is one of the easiest to bleeeegh gave me a piece of mind regarding the rice
Lastly took a handful of laxs
I think it's fair to say didn't do horribly seeing as though in total daily consumption was 1186 and that's with over consuming then bleghhing I honestly don't know how the average person consumes 2000 cals I was at max capacity
