guess who's back
hello loves! im finally back after such a much needed break! my birthday just passed and I was on vacation blah blah anyways- im day 2 into my restriction after eating what I wanted. I feel good, little tired but great! I got asked to go swim tmrw and I might depending on how I feel! if not ill probably nap all day like I have been. love you all!

It was hard to not eat often because i felt i needed it because i’m active in my sport, but now that it’s over i don’t have to eat anything ❤️❤️

ugh I feel bad for not posting lately ;( BUT I have been seeing this guy and he's the sweetest thing! we did bake yesterday and I did eat 2 cupcakes but I hadn't had anything but some goldfish to eat and I had practice before so I dont feel as guilty! im hanging out with him again Friday and then prom Saturday so im feeling hopeful! he is smaller than me which is upsetting to say the least but he doest seem to mind much. anyways ill update you guys soon! love you babes <3

update currently 183lbs ❤️
i’ve been stuck at 193lbs for weeksss finally dropped to 188 🫶🏽
not a lot but it’s progress! i have a game tonight so i wont be eating before or after since i hit my cal goal. I’ll probably drink an energy drink or vitamin water! wish me luck 🤍

LITTLE TIP!!
1lbs of fat vs 1lbs of muscle is so different. a visual example is like a squash to a tangerine. fat is much larger. so if you don't see a big drop in the scale but see more visual difference in your body you are losing fat and toning muscle!
