has this been said yet? because what's going on with fandoms lately?
it used to be less mainstream, and long (over 100k+ words) fics were more popular, shipping characters from *different* fandoms was normal, and stuff like that.
i don't understand why shipping is suddenly 'weird'. and how some people come on here saying "we need to normalize straight ships again" (queue vine boom sound effect).
why is fandom not fandoming anymore?
