final year
next year is probably my final year. I don't know how much longer I can keep this charade up. I just get disappointment after disappointment and no one wants to help. My partner is too distracted playing Rainbow 6 and Marvel Rivals to pay attention or help. My best friend just pushes me away whenever I just want someone to talk to about things. I'm tired and I don't feel like continuing

I don't know what to do anymore
It's so easy for me to get in a foul mood. It's so easy for me to spiral down from one miserable thought to the next. Barely anything is fun anymore and I don't why. Why do things just feel worse and worse as the days keep going. Even the food is getting blander

I need to stop giving
It's very clear at this point that very few people in my life actually "have the time" to reciprocate time with me. It's exhausting constantly putting forth a lot of effort and, for the most part, getting little in return. I'm really tired. Really tired... With everything going on, something's become a consideration again.

Down the creative hole again?
Two years ago, I fell into a thematic hole after listening to a large amount of southern gothic and Appalachian folk. As I lived in southern Appalachia at the time, I ended up seeing a lot of visual inspiration along with the music I'd hear which led me to have a brief stint at writing something that was going to fit into that area.
While I do like what I have of it and want to continue, it's only like about 6 pages, I have no real idea of how exactly to continue it. The longer I look at it, the more I feel it would work better in a different format.
The original plan was to have a character get pulled into a different plain that was essentially just the southern Appalachian region and they would come across 3 others that were also pulled in and they'd be tasked by the thing, a murder victim, that pulled them all in to find track down the murderer. Riding unmanned trains that seem to have a mind of their own, avoiding creatures from folklore, and playing music by the fire on their way to find the killer and get home.
I say I'm in a hole again because I've recently stumbled onto a folk genre I'm unfamiliar with but it has started scratching that itch again. I am gonna blame the artist Yaelokre for the creative some good art and music in the genre I was unfamiliar with until recently. Depending on how long it holds me, I might actually end up with something more substantial either by myself or if I rob the attention of another for assistance in some manner.

If I knew how to draw, I'd draw a tiny dog in a top hat saying, "howdy doody". The dog would be sitting in a really big doorway so it'd look like he opened it all by himself. I want him to feel strong

I don't know I have such an interest in ps2 horror games because I never grew up with them. I grew up with a GameCube and in a household that didn't let me play anything past T rating. Never really interacted with that media until like a few years ago through YouTube and only just two days ago did I finally grab some Resident Evil games.
Ps2 horror games make me feel nostalgic in a nonsensical sort of way

If anyone is interested, my main genres for writing are horror, thriller, and fantasy. While I am capable of writing for sci-fi and other genres, those are just my preferred. I'm also comfortable writing for/with furry and nonfurry artists should I be hit up for writing for a comic/webcomic. If any examples are wanted, I've recently posted a full short story and an old story idea from a few years ago.
Creative Headspace Troubles
Lately I've been in a really creative mood but I'm one of those people that needs like another person to act as a focusing lens. I end up with wildly large ideas with no one to guide me into something actually feasible. I'm at the point where I can only see any of my ideas is if I team up with a comic artist, a co-writer, something to that effect. I even want to go above an beyond and work with some one or a few people and cobble together a likely mediocre ps2 style horror game because I'm weirdly obsessed with a medium I didn't grow up play.
As I don't know anyone irl that would even give that much time commitment to me and my absurdity, I'll just settle with harassing my friends into playing dnd with me

First paragraph in a short story I made
The wind danced along the rocks that sat at the entrance of the cove as the clouds above kept at a steady speed. The rhythmic crashing of the waves and the glittering of the water floated sweetly into Emma’s ears as she sat on the sand. She breathed deeply as she took in everything, letting her heart finally calm. She was tired and on the verge of passing out from exhaustion. Blood from her knees and feet trickled onto the sand, her injuries burning each time the sea hit them. She had fallen several times during her long run and her shoes were barely holding on with several pieces of the sole missing. Her wounds starting to numb, she falls back to let her body fully rest. The warm sea became her blanket and the sand her pillow. Her breath slows as her whole becoming slightly numb. Emma held her left hand up to cover her eyes from the occasional hole in the clouds that allowed the sun to pierce her retinas. Her meager hand did little against those rays as her pinky and ring finger were missing, the sight of which brought tears to her eyes. She rubbed her eyes as she wept, her tearful shouts being muffled by the crashing water. Energy rushed out of her as she wept. Her arm strength sapped, they fell to her side with a splash into the slowly rising tide. The sky seemed to slow and the edges of her sight became misty, the sound of a faded engine in the distance crept into her ears before she was out.
Only posting the first paragraph to give it some interest for anyone that stops by to read it. I plan on putting the full story somewhere but haven't really figured out where I could publish this short story as it gets relatively violent.
