Tennis Court-Phan(high school Au)

Hey,hi so recently i went back and listened to Lorde’s  album and i couldn’t stop listening to tennis court so here is a phanfiction dedicated to that amazing song.

summary: Dan Howell the boy who every one knows and fears Hides a secret, one of which he cowers behind an act he calls himself. his only escape is a pale boy named Phil willing to mend any broken soul.

Don’t you think that it’s boring how people talk

Dan Howell, his name stained the halls, words from each and every one of them. Warning signs of his passing. No one messed with him, yet his name was somehow brought in to every conversation, he was a lone wanderer.

Making smart with their words again well i’m bored

The boy himself new of what the others thought of him, though it wasn’t intentional, at first. Behind his leather jacket stood a coward and he knew of that, so he hid who he really was behind a half drawn smirk, and a name that was never forgotten.

Because i’m doing this for the thrill of it killing it,

He swore to himself that he wouldn’t let anyone see behind his mask. So he lived by the bad reputation and excepted it for he was a fake. Yet there was one Phil Lester the only boy that could see through his halfhearted act and pull off the real Dan Howell.

Never not chasing the million things i want,

the two had known each other from the ripe age of 6 and stuck together for the next few years of their life. Phil had seen how Dan was tearing himself to pieces morphing his mind into some sick being. Dan left Phil behind later on physical but emotional he was still there in a locked up keep safe with his old memories.

And I am only as young as the minute is full of it

Phil saw Dan regularly though the same old boy he remembered, all colors on show and heart strong. The two were two young for the future living in the minute, and then the paler of the two felt a hand sneak its way round his waist and then another. that night they were in their moment.

Getting pumped up on the little bright things I bought 

but just as one day passed another one started. Phil had opened Dan’s eyes and shown who he really was behind that fair facade he called himself. Though old ways never change 

But I know they'll never own me 

A few days later Dan wrote himself note and recorded it, 3 days later that very same recorded note was to be played in memory of the young lad. With Dan gone Phil didn't last that long either maybe a month or two before he was out of town. But what the small school didn't notice was how a bundle of both of the pairs stuff had been “stolen.” some swear that every few moons they can see that dark fringes of both two boys on the small hill.

OK time for some explanation SPOILERS

. the note that Dan recorded was a false suicide note

he and Phil had plans to leave their past behind them and move away leading a new life were Dan can except who he really is. Part of the act was for Phil to pretend he couldn't cope and move away only to meet with Dan and runaway together.

though when the two couldn't cope they would run back to there past watching the school from the very hill they fled.

Dan and Phil Phan fic

“I love this shirt,” says Phil, “when your not wearing it!” Dan bursts out laughing and so does Phil. LATER ON “Should we make a video?” Asks Dan. “Emmm, no.” Phil says, giving Dan’s eat a nibble. (Cannibal)What are you doing phil dan jumped up in shock  i had a thought i think we should be together as a couple not just meaningless sex when your contemplating life"Dan, I would like, if we could take this.. Relationship, of sorts, to the next level? So please, will you be my boyfriend? Please?“ Phil says hopefully. "Phil, of course I will, you soppy weirdo!” Dan replies hugging Phil. “Dan?” “Yes Phillip?” “Don’t call me that. And thank you… I- I think I- I think I love you!” Phil stutters. “I love you too” Dan smiles, “Now hug me you idiot!” Phil embraces Dan and laughs. “Dan, you’re the best!"As the night was drawing it’s end. Dan and Phil had lived some drama over the last few hours but all was swell the snuggled up next to a roaring fire eating a terribly large amount of ice creamLater on, the happy pair go out for a ‘walk’ (they get a cab to the park) and look for Pokémon. Dan is wearing a lion had, Phil is wearing a llama hat and they are holding hands, but they suddenly bump into a girl, a 16-year-old girl. And did I mention? She’s a mega fan!'Hi I’m May I love your videos wait what are you doing!’ 'Hi do you want a picture'dan smiles snatchig his hand out of phils 'THE PHANDOM IS REAL’ she shouts running into the distance tears running down her faceTears streaming down her face, she sprints of screaming wildly. Dan sheepishly rubs his neck with an embarrassed smile while Phil just stands there blushing. "Well, Phil, that was an experience!” Dan smiles while Phil says,“Yeah, you’re right. No matter what they say, or do, I’ll keep loving you till the day I die. It’s a promise.” “Thank you Dan.” They smile.As they walked home the winter air crippled at their skin Phil was especially shivering Dan noticed his sudden coldness and grabbed hold of the older males hand Phil let out a reassuring smile What ever the hell that girl had recorded it was probably trending on tumblr already They were out of the closet Little did they know how bad things were going to getPhil woke up on a sunny Saturday (yes he woke up alone) to find Dan standing at the doorway with tray of pancakes and tea. His face looked worried. “What’s happened?” Phil asked sitting up and rushing to the computer. There were loads of messages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and snapchat. Phil read them aloud…'Dan and phil dating,Tumblr lovers have a life,naked man in new york we are official lets make a video dan’ phil reads aloud.One hour later phil switches on the camera 'hello internet we have an important thing to tell you guys you probably all know this but we are dating!'Dan says quietly bringbring the sound of the doorbell phil pauses the camera dan runs downs the stairs and opens the door phil behind him 'Hi babe!'Pj leans towards dan and kisses his cheek…Pj leans down and kisses Dan’s cheek. Dan pushes Pj away and says, “Pj what the hell are you doing?! I’m going out with Phil!” Phil, shocked, walks up to him, stares him in the face and raises his hand to slap him. “Wait, Phil, no! It’s not what you thi-” Pj cries. Phil slaps him across the face. “Dan, I didn’t know it was like this” Phil says in a monotonous voice. “Phil, please believe me, I love you, and only you!” “Yeah, I didn’t know Phil, I’m sorry!” “Like I’m going to believe that.”“I DONT CARE WERE YOU GO JUST GET OUT” Dan was shocked at Phil’s sudden out burst He felt the salty wetness on his face He left The winter air was beginning to get underneath his skin The snow was falling He didn’t have a coat He suddenly jolted at a pain in his head His vision was a blurDan awoke in a room that wasn’t his, nor was it Phillips. He sat up and looked around so that it wouldn’t hurt his head too much. There were posters of him and Phil covering the walls andloads of TØP merch (no it isn’t my fantasy bedroom)Dan suddenly sat up he looked to the side a knife on the bed side table May walked back into the bedroom with only a sharpie in her hand and a llama hat on her head dan looked down at his nude body whiskers on his nose she climbs back on him and whispers in his ear lets have a baby.At the apartment,Phil switches on the camera and says “recently we told you me and dan were a couple but we had a fight and dan left so GOODBYE INTERNETGoodbye Internet. I’m sorry but I have to go. It’s not working out, and i just can’t continue to make videos when I’m like this. May was on top of Dan, when he suddenly pushed her off. "May, I’m sorry, I can’t. My heart belongs to Phil and Phil only.” Dan says. May frowns, and says, “I’m sorry Dan but if that’s the case, I can’t let you go-!” Dan reaches for the knife on the table, and positions it above his heart. “If you move an inch, it goes into my heart.” She goes to stop him, but too late.-in the flat- Phil lay silent and stoic on his bed He felt as though all the tears had drowned out In the other room pj sat A ping came out of his phone Pictures from Dan pictures of him naked and he’s with someone the picture has a tagged location He runs to get PhilWhat phil should go and find him but he is only going to be let go if phil is kidnapped and held hostage with may and forced to make videos and say they are a couplePhil bursts through the top (ha TØP) window by flying on a giant llama/lion from Nania. “STOP!” He screams just as Daniel is about to plunge the dagger into his flesh, but Dan doesn’t stop. “Phil!” Dan cries, covered in blood and tears. “Dan, what have you done?” Phil sobs. Dan takes a last breath and his skin pales. But just when all hope is lost, Dan sits up and grins. His teeth are unusually pointy…Dan jumps from the window onto the roof of the building and lands next to phil he strokes his crowlike hair and slowly bites his neck they turn into bats and fly to their apartment they jump into bed dan attempts to nibble at his neck but starts to suck blood from philDam starts to bite at Phil’s neck, drawing blood and sucking it. Phil starts to whimper at the pain slightly, when Dan stops. “Is this hurting you Phil?” Dan says sincerely. “No, go ahead” Phil replies. Dan returns to Phil’s neck and resumes biting and sucking his blood. Phil closes his eyes due to the pain, which slowly morphs into pleasure. Dan moans slightly at the taste and says, “So sweet, and rich. Phil your blood is.. Simply divine. I must have more!” “Please,” Phil whispers.Dan can feel his humanity slipping though his finger tips Phil’s arms fall limp Yet Dan is caught in the pleasure of the moment he feels Phil giving way Final he’s drank him dry Dan can see Phil’s bones sticking out from under his skinDan suddenly snaps out of the trance he was in. He saw his best friends (only friend in fact) lying dead next to him. He spits the remaining blood out of his mouth and hugs Phil’s lifeless body. “I didn’t mean to…” He sobs.Dan picks up Phils dead body and sneaks off into the night he lands in a field holdind a spade he digs a hole and lays phils dead body in the hole and covers it up.He then went home and clicked on youtube and deleted it he went into the kitchen opened the draw and picked up a knife he shouted'I will always be with you my love’ and stabbed himself then fell         The End

All the mistakes of the falls

 it was 2 years after weirdmaggedon  when it happened, nobody noticed at first

when he replaced his shirt for a long sweater, when the bags under his eyes grew bigger, when the adventures he and his sisters went on became shorter.

nobody noticed what secrets he was hiding under his sweater.  the anxiety that was killing him. how depression had overcome him,  that he was writing his final words.

nobody noticed until that day, the day when his sister had found him lying down in their shared room, at first she thought he was only sleeping but soon realised something was up, his usually scruffy bed sheets were now neatly made, a bottle of pills were hanging off the bedside draw.  there was one thing that cut it for her  though it was the tattered piece of A4 paper on lying next to him with a big “IM SORRY” plastered over it.

she couldn’t move her brother had…had she couldn’t even say it. if Mabel hadn’t of let out a scream he probably wouldn’t have lived.

two months later Dipper was shipped back over two Gravity Falls the place were it all started.

The most struggling part of returning to “The Falls” for Dipper was having to look his two “Grunkles” as he and his sister would call them, in the eye. he was never alone when with them because Mabel always followed him, making sure “he didn’t do anything”.

But one day Mabel had decided it was time she could leave Dipper alone e was confronted by ford little did Dipper know that what Ford was about to tell him would change his perceptions.

“ so Dipper how’s school”  Dipper was taken back they hadn’t had a conversation in a good while.     

Ford soon realised he probably shouldn’t bring up the subject of school after “the incident” 

“umm its ok…I guess.”Dipper sheepishly replied

“Dipper look um… when me and Stan heard about what had happened….well it was…um… I guess the only way to it is that it was hard, I don’t want you to try that shit ever again. you know even though you were trying to end your pain you were only inflicting it on others, I cant even imagine what Mabel might do if she hadn’t have found you when she did”

dipper was still processing what his Grunkle had said, eh would only be causing more harm by committing suicide than if he hadn’t

“The night I decided to … do it. I took a while to remember the good memories the time when me and Mabel had just arrived in Gravity fallls, when i found the journal in the woods…I know what I did was a mistake, and I’m trying to fix what I did wrong” Ford looked at the teen once more and saw his eyes filled with hope he knew what to say next

“hey dipper you wanna go on an adventure”
