✦ 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄 ✦

🧂 1. Salt is your best friend
Sprinkle sea salt or black salt along windowsills, thresholds, or in corners of rooms. Salt absorbs and repels negative energy. You can also place bowls of salt in corners for ongoing protection (just replace regularly).
🌿 2. Protective herbs in corners or jars
Use rosemary, bay leaf, clove, cinnamon, or sage. Place dried herbs in small jars, sachets, or dishes in each corner of the room to absorb and ward off negativity.
🪞 3. Visualize mirrored or glowing barriers
Close your eyes and see a glowing, mirrored dome around your space that reflects all negativity away. Say:
“No harm may enter. Only light and truth remain.”
🧿 4. Charge and place protective items
Use crystals like black tourmaline, obsidian, or amethyst at entry points. Enchant them with your intention by saying:
“I charge this stone to guard this space.”
🕯 5. Seal doors & windows
Mix olive oil with rosemary or clove essential oil. Trace sigils, crosses, or protective runes on doors and windows. You can whisper affirmations or blessings as you seal each point.
🧼 6. Cleanse before you ward
Always cleanse your space with smoke (rosemary, incense), sound (bells, claps), or sprays (saltwater, moon water) before warding. Think of it like sweeping before locking the door.
🕰 7. Refresh your wards monthly
Energy shifts. Full moons, new months, or after heavy emotional events are great times to reset and reinforce your wards.

Any advice on grounding?
Tips for Grounding
Strengthening Your Intuition
I recommend strengthening your intuition. The reason why this helps for grounding is because your intuition can be very certain but also very calm. It's not like anxiety where you're second-guessing things, you're sure sure. This can be very comforting. Additionally, it's easier to be in touch with yourself and your surroundings. When you're more in touch with your surroundings and your body, it's easier to feel your placement in them - if you're in touch with one or the other but not both, it can feel overwhelming or disorienting.
One way you can strengthen your intuition is through intuition evaluations (this discord server has a few linked in the resources channel). You can also strengthen it via energy work and divination (like tarot which can help with this even better when you're doing readings for others) but I don't recommend doing either of these until you have thorough protections up.
Anxiety Support
Getting treatment for anxiety (therapy, counseling, medication, herbal remedies, calming brain exercises, fidget toys... whatever it is that works for you) can help you balance yourself. Doing this in combination with intuition strengthening can really help you navigate difficult times. Being able to differentiate your anxiety from your intuition is important. Some good images about that:

Body Work
Firstly, understanding how your body carries itself - where you carry negative energies, where your traumas show up, etc - is really important. Often times, sickness (short-term and chronic) are a direct result of emotional, mental, psychology, or spiritual stressors. Being able to identify different parts of your body and what they're experiencing, being able to listen to your body and it's needs, is really important and a prominent part of self-care.
A lot of people nowadays, in my teachings, walk around with our spirits misaligned from our bodies. Our spirits float up above our heads a bit higher than they should. When we are grounded, our spirit is planted by into our feet. It's why we feel grounded when connecting with the earth barefoot, or why our nervous system makes us feel a bit light when our anxiety is heightened. It's important to find ways to ground yourself, and one of those ways is reconnecting with your body. Don't just notice something, truly feel it and then address it - i.e., if you're in pain, don't just be like "yeah that hurts" and then keep going... instead, sit down, feel where it hurts and try to identify the type of pain (as well as the cause if you don't know), think about how it makes you feel emotionally (and why), and what you can do for yourself right now to alleviate it?
Crystal Work, Energy Work + Elemental Work
It's really important to get into energy work because our bodies function on energy - whether it be the electricity in our brains, the hormones and chemicals in our bodies, the flow of our blood and the drum of our steady heartbeat... we are part of nature, and because of that, energy is integral to the human existence.
There's some easy ways for beginners to ground yourself utilizing these energies. First and foremost, crystals. Tiger's eye is my favorite crystal for grounding (it's also used for wealth, and somewhat protection). You could also use smoky quartz, another favorite of mine - it is great for helping you focus, and also protects you from negative, neutral and positive energies which really helps you just sit with yourself and the energies you're carrying. I recommend whatever crystal you use for grounding, utilize a calcite if you're feeling overwhelmed (they're known to be subtle) and clear quartz for amplification. You can also use selenite to cleanse the crystal.
Selenite and other crystals that aren't meant for grounding can also be used to help you with grounding. Selenite is a cleansing crystal, which can really help you release energies that no longer serve you. Opalite is also a great crystal because it can help you clear energy blockages. There's lots of crystals you can use in combination, for beginners and for advanced crystal workers. Some have direct effects on your body parts, others are for your emotional state, some for your spirit, etc.
You can learn more about crystals here. You can learn more about tiger's eye here.
Working with energy using crystals is great for beginners, but it's not the only way to do it. One of my favorite ways is to do energy work with tea. This includes teas with herbs of various properties (orange and citrus are very physically, and sometimes emotionally, healing) and enchanting your tea is a great option! You can also do aromatherapy if you want the benefits of herbs but aren't really interested in the energy work, which you can learn more about citrus in terms of aromatherapy / essential oils here.
Lastly, reconnecting with nature in any way you can would really benefit you. Like I mentioned, things as simple as standing on the ground barefoot can really help you. Some cultures have shoes or other footwear that are protective but still allow that connection too. If you don't want to do that, getting sunlight and breathing in fresh air is a great way to reconnect. Gardening and forming relationships with nature spirits (after learning spirit communication basics and setting up protections) is an amazing way as well. You could easily just eat differently or healthier (even kitchen magick). Visiting parks or going on walks in your neighborhood works too. If you're chronically ill, you can check out this post here on low-energy ways to connect with the different elements.
Mundane Exercises
I'm a big believer in "Mundane and Magical." If you're exploring spiritual support, you should explore non-spiritual support at the same time. All of our bodies impact each other and are connected, so if one is unhealthy, they all are suffering unless you know how to care for yourself properly. Here's a list of things you can explore:
Deep breathing or breathing exercises (there are many out there)
White noise or green noise (can find on YouTube or apps like Calm)
Grounding affirmations (you might also like this resource on mantras, somewhat unrelated somewhat related I just love sharing it lol)
Listening to music (some playlists I recommend, varying music genres can be found here, here, here, here, here, and here)
Practicing mindfulness, gratefulness, and active listening
Tai chi or yoga (learn some tai chi for free here)
Watching an engaging movie or show (reality, action... whatever you can focus on can help because movies make us feel things when we're engaged enough, so this can be great practice for calming down and getting in touch with yourself)
Meditation
Body scanning (grounding technique for getting in touch with your body)
Holding something. Whether it be playing with a fidget toy or just having something in your hands, it can be very grounding to feel something real.
Mental games (I Spy, finding something around you that triggers each of your senses - such as identifying something you can small, see, hear, etc...)
Temperature play (making yourself cooler or warmer can help you ground yourself in various environments)
Journaling or shadow work (shadow work is something that is both mundane and spiritual, especially depending on how you personally view it)
Connecting with water - even just drinking it, or putting your hand in a cup of it, can help you. Personally, I like to sit down in hot showers
Soothing touch & touch-based exercises (usually performed by another person, such as a partner or professional, but there's some that you can do for yourself)
Connecting with animals, like birds at the park or even your pet. Being social can also help a lot, in slow-paced environments or in environments you can focus in
Anchoring (focusing on one thing, sense, or general sensation around you or that you're experiencing)
Cleansing, Protection
Cleansing your bodies and your space, and protecting your bodies and your space, is really helpful. You can do this with various practices, but even if you don't have materials, you can do this by speaking or singing (sound energy), drawing sigils (even with water or your finger in the air) and dancing (physical energy).
You can learn more about protections here. You can learn more about sigils here. You can learn more about broke witch tips here. You can learn more about the sacredness of your home here (loosely related but still wanted to plug it in).
Thank you for asking, I hope this helps!! Please do let me know if you have more questions, I'd love to support. I hope you have a fabulous day / night!
If anyone needs it, I thought this would be a good post to mention this Alternatives to SH post, just because when it comes to grounding and mental health it's important to give access to things like that.

Gentle reminder: sometimes your spell isn't going to work, that does not mean you're a bad witch. Maybe the correspondence wasn't working, maybe the intention was too vague.
(This post is also for me. I was sketching up a protection spell, but there was some doubt that it would work so i did a reading with my friend and turned out that spell would fail. Which sucks, but I got to see that maybe I could this in a different way
In design thinking, we have a motto that is: Fail faster so you can learn and tbh, I'm living by this motto. Fail faster so you can learn from it, so you can see what works better and how, and, thus, you can develop yourself
And its ok to be afraid of failing, this is so valid. But sometimes you just got to do the leap of faith and try imo

-> What is godspousing?
I want to start this saying I'm not godspoused to any of my deities, though I have seen the term "godspouse" flying around and some people being hostile to those who are godspoused, as if the mere notion of it was wrong or nocive somehow. And why would that be, I thought to myself? And as I read about, I got a little intrigued.
After all, what is godspouse?
First, let's look at the definition:
Godspouse - noun: (paganism, especially Germanic paganism) A mortal person who marries a deity, according to the OneLook.
As one can presume, there's different forms of relationship between a person and their Deity. For some, it's platonic, as a friend, mentor, and family member. For others, it's merely profissional, courteous, and respectful. And those are very valid!
Every relationship is different, and all of them are alright.
But Godspouse seems to get all sorts of reactions out of people. Some think it's rubbish, that it doesn't exist and people are just misinterpreting signs, most definitely it must be that, right? Or suddenly, you're working with a trickster spirit instead of the real deity.
There are a lot of forms of godspousing, and most of them are just a bond of devotion to a particular deity. This, of course, can come in the form of romantic love. I could compare it, even though it doesn't do justice enough imo, akin to being a nun, but that's not quite what it is.
It's a much deeper relantionship than just devotion. You are devoted, yes, undoubtedly, but you are also in a personal relationship with your deity, be it a God/Goddess, an angel or a demon.
Your godspouse is your main deity, the one who is always nearby, the one you're closer to than others you work with it. I saw around that you could have one or more godspouses, though by my researches that wasn't all that common - or, people don't talk about it a lot, due fear of being ostracized and made fun of, or just for preserving their own privacy, because it is a personal experience and they don't really have to divulge it unless they explicitly want to.
While some say if you're committed enough to them, you could ask your deity to take the next step with them, to be theirs. Others say if this relationship is supposed to happen, the deity would let you know and ask you to be theirs.
It seems this hatred and aversion boils down to how your theological worldview shapes your idea of such concepts. To some, marriage is a sacred union of souls; something tangible only for humans as Gods and Goddesses, demons and angels, and everything in between have no corporal bodies, and viewing them in any other form is quite blasphemous or problematic, given our clear lack of apprehension of what the truly Divine is.
It's pretty common for godspouses to be in a physical relationships or be married to someone else, despite having a relantionship with their Deity and usually, the Gods are alright with this, but some Gods may desire you not to take on other relationships.
-> Was this practiced in the past?
Godspousing wasn't practiced in antiquity, and if they were, it wasn't documented in any book or grimoire, or it got lost somewhere / erased in history. But really, it existed many different forms of long-term religious roles such as the Vestal Virgins, the Oracle of Delphi, or the galli priests of Cybele existed. Even if these relationships were not spousing, it existed.
Looking at geographically nearby comparisons, Egyptian religion did have the God's Wife of Amun during the 18th and 20th-26th dynasties, who was usually a wife, sister or daughter of the reigning Pharaoh whose job it was to tend the sacred cult image of Amun in Thebes which also included sexual rites - sex was as important to making sure a god had a healthy, normal life among humanity as bringing him meals and annually carrying him down the river to join Mut and visit Khonsu was. But that was a bureaucratic, usually royal appointment.
In Hinduism, the concept of a "godspouse" isn't a direct one. Instead, the focus is on the relationship between the divine and the individual, often through the lens of a chosen deity (Ishta-Devata).
Bhakti, a Sanskrit term meaning "devotion" or "love", is a central concept in Hinduism and other Indian religious traditions. It refers to the spiritual path that seeks union with the divine through love and devotion to a personal deity or the Absolute. Bhakti can manifest itself in many forms, including worship, devotional chanting (bhajan), dance, meditation, and devotional service.
Bhakti is often a deeply emotional devotion based on a relationship between a devotee and the object of devotion. The chosen deity can be seen as a partner or guide on the path to spiritual enlightenment.
Now, even if there's no evidence of this, or even if people think that "godspouse" is just a trendy, new thing, it's complex, to have a relationship with the divine, that is, be it platonic, familial or romantic. For some, being just comfortable with your deity without doing some big, fantastic ritual is quite unsettling.
Point is: someone will always be bothered with others' practices.
-> Clarification
Now, having said all of that, can we talk?
It’s does not look good for you when you are actively taking your time to bash and criticize people just for things that you guys think are fake, forced, unreal, or a spiritual psychosis (which is a very serious matter and should stop being throw around as if it doesn't meant anything) just because someone's practice is different than yours.
There's no right or wrong because every practitioner practices differently, worships differently, and has a different relationship with their deity.
If you can hate actively like that, you should be bettering and focusing on yourself.
For the godspouses, go and love your gods, I find so cute y'all posts on here! Your gods love you and so do I, you guys are valid asf ♡♡

What is a pendulum?
A pendulum consists of a string and a weight at one end. Almost any combination can do the trick: a key hanging from a hair works well as a pendulum.
The point of a pendulum is to have a tool in your hands capable of amplifying the micro movements of the hand. Allowing “something” that does not exist on the physical plane to communicate on this plane, through micro-vibrations.
Using the pendulum is part of the domain of radiesthesia, which is the ability to detect radiation through the development of each person's sensitivity. The pendulum is used to make information coming from more subtle planes visible.
What does the oscillatory movement of the pendulum mean?
Working with the pendulum means using its oscillatory movements to obtain all kinds of information, depending on the questions asked.
You can either mentally ask a question or ask out loud and wait for the pendulum's response in the form of oscillation. Some might say that the pendulum's movement is not activated by anything other than the conscious will of the person using it, though others use it to ask their deities some questions.
How to hold the pendulum?
There are many different techniques, the most important being to hold the string firmly but without it being taut, allowing the weight to move with maximum freedom of movement.
A simple and effective way is to hold the pendulum with your dominant hand (right hand if you are right-handed) between your thumb and index finger, with the string inside your hand and the weight hanging below your index finger, as shown in the drawing below.

What to do when you get your pendulum?
It's important to cleanse it when you first get it, ans then it's important to bond with your pendulum. Asking questions it to show you the way it swings for positive or negative answers, some. pendulums prefer to swing vertically to show a negative answer while others show a negative answer by swinging horizontally.
You can programm it to answer how you want though that requires some level of concentration and intention.
Asking questions of yes and no are good too. For example: "Is my hair x color? Is my eyes x color?"may sound silly in the beginning, and the pendulum may take a while to answer you, but after you two are bonded, it will answer quicker.

Leviathan's Ritual Of Dream Healing
This is a gentle, emotionally focused ritual for working with Leviathan—a powerful entity often associated with the depths of emotion, shadow integration, and transformation—to support healing from trauma or heartbreak during sleep. This ritual channels Leviathan’s vast, oceanic energy to guide emotional release and renewal while you rest.
Needed:
• A quiet, darkened space
• A pen or marker
• A candle (preferably blue, black, or white)
• A small bowl of water with sea salt (optional)
• Leviathan’s sigil
• Optional incense such as myrrh, opium, or frankincense
Instructions:
Dim the lights and turn off electronics. Light your candle and incense if using. Place the bowl of saltwater nearby as a symbolic link to Leviathan’s oceanic realm. With focused intent, draw Leviathan’s sigil on your left arm, over the heart-side of your body. As you draw, softly speak or whisper:
“Leviathan, keeper of the deep, I call you. Let your tides wash over my heart. Guide me through the waters of healing while I slumber peacefully.”
Sit in silence for a few minutes, breathing deeply. Visualize yourself submerged in a vast, calm ocean. Imagine pain or emotional weight dissolving into the dark water, carried away gently with each breath.
Make a spoken petition. Speak clearly from the heart, either aloud or silently:
“Great Leviathan, guardian of the abyss and healer of wounds unseen, I invite you to enter my dreams. Help me release the sorrow, the trauma, and the remnants of pain that hold me back. Let your waters renew me, cradle me, and carry away all that I no longer need.”
When you're ready, extinguish the candle and go to bed with the sigil still drawn on your arm. As you drift off, imagine yourself floating peacefully in the sea, watched over by a vast, coiling presence in the depths—benevolent, wise, and ancient.
Upon waking, gently rinse off the sigil with water in the morning, thanking Leviathan for their presence and any healing that occurred. Record your dreams or feelings in a journal—even if they seem small.
Optional Closing Mantra:"With night comes healing, with tide comes peace. Leviathan, thank you, for this emotional release. So it is."

Something very funny Lord Lucifer has the habit to do is not letting me blowing out his candle. So, normally I ask for permission and I blow his candle, but he just keeps lightening it up again shsksiwsk
There was only one time when he suddenly blew out his candle and when I lit it again, because we still had some things to talk, he seemed to laugh at me lololol
That's it
That's the post, I love him and his sense of humor

.。*♡゚ Names: Asmodeus, Asmodai, Amducious, Æshma-dæva, Adad, Asmodeé, Osymandýas, Shamdon, Ṣakhr, Chammadai and Sydonai.
.。*♡゚ According to Collin De Plancy's Dictionaire Infernale (1863), Asmodeus is classified as: The Destroyer. According to Francis Barrett, Magus (1801), Asmodeus is the prince of vengeance. These titles (and others such as: lord of lust and/or luxury) are also repeated in: The Lanterne of Light (1409), Richard Dukante's Hierarchy (1963), Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa (1509) Book III, chap 18, Donald Tyson's biblical notes, Peter Binsfeld (1589) in Treatise on Confessions by Evildoers and Witches.
.。*♡゚ History:
Asmodeus has his roots in ancient Persia. His name is derived from AESHMA, one of the seven archangels, or am-arahspands, of Persian mythology. The Hebrews absorbed him into their mythology, where he attained the highest status and most power of all his legends. According to the Hebrews, he is the son of Naamah and Shamdon. Prior to his fall from heaven, he was part of the seraphim, the highest order of angels. In other Hebrew legends, he is either associated with or the husband of Lilith, the de.mon queen of lust.
Sometimes, he is said to be the offspring of Lilith and Adam. Other times that he was an offspring of King David and the demoness Agrat bat Mahlat.
Asmodeus is a destructive demon, the same as Samael, according to some rabbis. He is the owner of gambling houses. The rabbis relate that he once dethroned Solomon; but Solomon soon chained him and forced him to help him build the temple at Jerusalem.
Tobie, according to the same rabbis, by expelling him, with the smoke of the gall of a fish, from the body of the young Sarah, whom he possessed, so she wouldn't consume her marriage with her husband, the angel Raphael imprisoned him in the confines of Egypt.
Paul Lucas claims to have seen him on one of his travels. He was mocked for this; however, it was possible to read in the Courrier de l'Egypte that the people of that country still worship the serpent Asmodée, who has a temple in the desert of Ryameh. It is added that this serpent cuts itself into pieces, and an instant later, there is no trace.
This Asmodée is, for some, the ancient serpent that seduced Eve. The Jews, who called him Asmodai, made him the prince of demons, as can be seen in the Chaldean paraphrase. In the underworld, according to Wierus, he is a strong and powerful king, with three heads: the first, like a bull, the second like a man, and the third like a ram. He has a serpent's tail, goose's feet, and flaming breath. He appears mounted on a dragon, carrying a standard and a spear. However, according to the infernal hierarchy, he is subject to King Amoymon.
He also knows treasures; seventy-two legions obey him. Asmodeus was one of the demons who possessed Madeleine Bavent in the Possession of Loudun.

Currently received Asmodeus calling to work with him and by far, what I read and heard about him was really heartwarming. He sounds really interesting and he seems like an amazing king, so I did some wallpapers in his honor. They're quite simple imo but in my defense I'm sleepy rn, might redo them later to be more cool and sophisticated tho
You guys can use it too! ~

ASMODEUS
WHO IS HE?
Also known as Ashmodai, Asmodeus, Asmody, Asmoday; appears as a Great King 'Asmoday' in the Ars Goetia, where he is said to have a seal in gold and is listed as number thirty-two according to respective rank. He "is strong, powerful and appears with three heads; the first is like a bull, the second like a man, and the third like a ram or a goat; the tail of a serpent, and from his mouth issue flames of fire." Also, he sits upon an infernal dragon, holds a lance with a banner, and amongst the Legions of Amaymon, Asmoday governs seventy two legions of Spirits.
Asmodeus is one of the “seven princes of hell,” a demon whose wickedness is matched only by his talent. He specializes in spreading lust, and he doesn’t just prey on common people. Kings, Queens, and even divine beings have been affected by his touch.
BASIC INFO:
Appearance: a strong and attractive young man with shoulder-length black hair, fiery orange-yellow eyes (like burning embers), black draconic wings, and ram horns. When angered, his hair catches in flames and burns to become short, blazing like embers. His horns become more prominent, and his eyes become even more fiery. He goes into battle with a staff or sword commonly, but sometimes with a mace. The dragon he is sometimes seen riding is a trusted friend of his from ages past. He can also appear as a bull or ram, which are aspects of his. His traditional art which shows him as having three heads is simply a symbolization of this.
Personality: Asmodeus is tremendously strong at heart and holds a great deal of wisdom and passion. Overall, he has a very resilient and noble attitude, and is also connected to lust and domination, as he indulges in sexual pleasures. Asmodeus enjoys luxury and sensuality, but can also be very dark and serious when needed, and can become quickly impatient with those who earn his disfavour. He can also feel war-like at times, but in a way that is similar to heroism. But his darker side, however, is called Asmodai, who is one of the most destructive and terrifying of all the demons.
Asmodeus is a master of emotions and knows how to rapidly gain favour by playing to the emotions of crowds, masses, or even single persons. He doesn’t have to lie, he simply uses emotional reasoning to appeal to peoples’ hearts in order to be convincing. He tends to be very kind-hearted, loyal, passionate, and steadfast.
Symbols: upside down red pentagram, cards, snake, crown, scorpion, seal of Asmodeus, money, the element air, and gambling
King/God of: demons, lust, passion, sex, valour, inner-strength, knowledge, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of power.
