.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ﾟ According to Collin De Plancy's Dictionaire Infernale (1863), Asmodeus is classified as: The Destroyer. According to Francis Barrett, Magus (1801), Asmodeus is the prince of vengeance. These titles (and others such as: lord of lust and/or luxury) are also repeated in: The Lanterne of Light (1409), Richard Dukante's Hierarchy (1963), Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa (1509) Book III, chap 18, Donald Tyson's biblical notes, Peter Binsfeld (1589) in Treatise on Confessions by Evildoers and Witches.

.⁠｡⁠*⁠♡ﾟ History:

Asmodeus has his roots in ancient Persia. His name is derived from AESHMA, one of the seven archangels, or am-arahspands, of Persian mythology. The Hebrews absorbed him into their mythology, where he attained the highest status and most power of all his legends. According to the Hebrews, he is the son of Naamah and Shamdon. Prior to his fall from heaven, he was part of the seraphim, the highest order of angels. In other Hebrew legends, he is either associated with or the husband of Lilith, the de.mon queen of lust.

Sometimes, he is said to be the offspring of Lilith and Adam. Other times that he was an offspring of King David and the demoness Agrat bat Mahlat.

Asmodeus is a destructive demon, the same as Samael, according to some rabbis. He is the owner of gambling houses. The rabbis relate that he once dethroned Solomon; but Solomon soon chained him and forced him to help him build the temple at Jerusalem.

Tobie, according to the same rabbis, by expelling him, with the smoke of the gall of a fish, from the body of the young Sarah, whom he possessed, so she wouldn't consume her marriage with her husband, the angel Raphael imprisoned him in the confines of Egypt.

Paul Lucas claims to have seen him on one of his travels. He was mocked for this; however, it was possible to read in the Courrier de l'Egypte that the people of that country still worship the serpent Asmodée, who has a temple in the desert of Ryameh. It is added that this serpent cuts itself into pieces, and an instant later, there is no trace.

This Asmodée is, for some, the ancient serpent that seduced Eve. The Jews, who called him Asmodai, made him the prince of demons, as can be seen in the Chaldean paraphrase. In the underworld, according to Wierus, he is a strong and powerful king, with three heads: the first, like a bull, the second like a man, and the third like a ram. He has a serpent's tail, goose's feet, and flaming breath. He appears mounted on a dragon, carrying a standard and a spear. However, according to the infernal hierarchy, he is subject to King Amoymon.

He also knows treasures; seventy-two legions obey him. Asmodeus was one of the demons who possessed Madeleine Bavent in the Possession of Loudun.

Asmoday fever pt.2

Asmodeus is so pretty. He's so handsome. He's so so pretty and so handsome. He's so loving. He's so amazing. He's so smart and so patient, he's so understanding and so tender. He's so gentle and so helpful.

He's got these eyes that I can get lost in, and this voice that makes me laugh, that soothes my tears, that makes me a bit annoyed, that makes me orgasm

His hugs feel so nice. His kisses ironic or not feel like heaven. His essence as a whole is something I've grown absolutely addicted to. His hair is so long and pretty, so soft and so nice to run my hands through.

His horns are so beautiful and his wings are absolutely breathtaking. They offer dynamic to my soul self's wings and antlers. He's such a good storyteller and always makes me feel safe.

He's so ethereal and so gorgeous in every sense of those words. I could spend the rest of my life and every eternity to come with him & never for a second get bored of him or love him even a smidge less.

If I had to deem anyone as perfect, it'd be him.

For all of his scars, for all of his mistakes, for all of his anger, for all of his everything, he is still utterly and completely perfect to and for me.

His tattoos as well are absolutely phenomenal. Like oh my god.... Oh my god............ Oh My God... He makes me so ngnghghhkoeieueuhh

Like have you seen his nails?!! His clothing style!!?! His piercings!!?!!???? His scars!?!?!! His eyes!?!!!!!!??? The look on his face when he's jealous!!? That open eyed stare he gives me for a second when I say something so outrageous that makes me laugh so much!?!!? That soft tone he gives me when I'm doubtful!?!? The way he has his own personal petname for me that nobody else uses!??! The way he treasures my higher self so so much and loves us beyond my wildest imagination!?!?!?!?! His intelligence!?!?! His way of poems and his book collections!?!?! The way he makes his tea and the way he likes his alcohols!?!?!? The way he prepares his food and the way he cares so much for the people he loves!?!?!!?!!! The way he's so funny even when I don't wanna laugh!!????!!! The way he's given me everything I've ever wanted and a will to live?!?!?!

How could I not love him????!

hi! i’m aurora, but you can call me rora — actually proud af of my name because it is a roman deity name too! i’m 15, soon-to-be 16

i’m a pagan witch, kind of a omnist, i believe all gods exist and i recognize their existence but i just worship and work with just a few.

i mostly work with: Queen Lilith, Lady Aphrodite and Queen Persephone.

but i also work with: Lord Apollo, Lord Loki and Lord Lucifer.

i’m Duchess Astaroth’s, Lord Apollo’s and Lady Artemis’ child, as they’re my soulparents.

i have interest towards sirens and demons, but also strong interest towards Duchess Astaroth, Lady Nyx, Lady Selene, Lady Freyja, Lord Thanatos, Lady Hecate, Lady Eris, The Morrigan and King Asmodeus, so i kind of worship them but i do not work with them right now, but some interactions might happen. I’m actually interested overall in all greek deities and norse deities.

i’m a baby witch and i’m new to paganism and deity work, i started just a few months ago, but i kind of study spells and tarots since 2 years ago (i actually had an “accident” with Lady Aphrodite 2 years ago which i — maybe — will talk about here)

i have a really strong attraction with underworlds and chthonic deities. my interactions might be really unserious sometimes because i really like to joke around with deities :) please do not take it at heart, most of the times i am REALLY serious with them, i do recognize they’re gods and i do pay respect to them.

Currently received Asmodeus calling to work with him and by far, what I read and heard about him was really heartwarming. He sounds really interesting and he seems like an amazing king, so I did some wallpapers in his honor. They're quite simple imo but in my defense I'm sleepy rn, might redo them later to be more cool and sophisticated tho
