FUUUUUUUUCK I always always forget this alt ending.

This movie is incredible and I cannot believe Netflix would choose a single ending.

With movies that have different endings - I'd love streaming services to do a "random pick" the way they do for which episode of "sex, death, and robots" plays next (I know that's not the title).

Imagine rewatching a movie, all excited, and suddenly the ending you expect isn't the one you get.

I think it would be a fun way to make use of alt endings & not knowing how to finish a movie. I wouldn't do it with shows though, that would be disrespectful to the audience. Not going to make someone invested in a whole series just to bait & switch an ending (unless one ending just sucks hard, emotionally)

I dunno, tv & movies have been a hyper focus for my whole life and the older I get, the more I want to try getting involved in making them

They are all tired and want to achieve perfection, but y'all want gold worthy art on tin timelines.

I've been genuinely horrified and shocked to open an app and see that the show I finally finished watching, already has a new season.

Creatives need time to fucking breathe and live their lives. They are not ever flowing rivers of content and need variety and rest GDI.

Not to mention that as a human with cognitive processing issues:

I cannot peacefully enjoy rewatching said season 3 more times so that I can absorb every detail: art style, time period, fashion choices, lighting, scene framing, dialogue, properly savouring foreshadowing and arc progression, relationship strife and growth, personal growth, noticing background characters more, the fucking SCENERY...

I want time to really fucking enjoy my media please.

I want creatives to have the time to rest and enjoy the thing they made too!

I want happy healthy humans doing what they love and being respected for it

I think it should take longer to make tv shows and movies. I think shooting days should be shorter. I think AD's lives should be longer. I think we shouldn't have to be in a goddamn rush all the time. I think we should have the time it takes to make good art. I think fans should wait even longer than they do and be happy that everyone who made the art is getting full nights of sleep.
