260 calorie or less pizza
1 low-cal tortilla (mine are 100 cals)
½ cup tomato sauce (60 cals)
¼ cup cheese (mine is 100 cals but you could use low-cal cheese instead)
Put it all together and pop it in the oven on around 400 for about five minutes. Or until the cheese starts to bubble.

Hey. Please take a moment to read, this is really important.
Four friends and I recently created an app that helps the LGBT+ community, teens with mental illness, teens in countries that censor internet content, and anyone else who needs support to find an anonymous, safe, and close community.
We have finished the beta for our app and plan to release it in June during Pride Month.
But, we need your help to make this app possible. You can sign up for it here.
If we don’t enough sign ups, then we won’t get the funding to keep our app safe for our users. The organization that wants to fund us needs validation that there are enough people in need of our app.
We need the funding to hire moderators that will go through reported posts and keep our content safe for the LGBT+ and mental health community.
We have just started collecting sign ups, but not nearly enough to make our app a reality.
Please, sign up for our app. No matter your sexuality, gender, preference, race, or anything of that matter.
We really need your help to make this possible. You can sign up here. It only takes an email, no name is necessary.
This app’s existence is dependent on your support. If we can’t get enough sign ups, then we will won’t be able to release our app and will have to abandon our hopes for this safe space online.

shoutout to nonbinary people who default to presenting as their assigned gender bc they don’t feel like they can pull off anything else
shoutout to nonbinary people who default to presenting as their assigned gender bc presenting as their real gender is impossible
shoutout to nonbinary people who present as their assigned gender bc they want to
shoutout to nonbinary people whose presentation is mistaken for their assigned gender but is in fact how they express their real gender
just because we might “look cis” doesn’t make us any less nonbinary and tbh fuck anyone who says otherwise

Trans Youth Statistics
TW: suicide and self harm
Did you know that almost half of transgender pupils have attempted suicide? Despite instances of LGBTQ related bulling has decreased trans youth are still hugely susceptible towards being discriminated against. The Stonewall Organisation did a survey on 3,700 LGBTQ identifying school aged people and found the results to be astonishing ~ finding that 84% transgender youth have self-harmed and 45% have attempted suicide.
The Stonewall Organisation conducted their School Report in 2017 - only last year!
As a queer person I can relate to these statistics and I understand why they are so high. Social media has allowed LGBTQ+ people to believe that the world is all accepting and loving. But this social media bubble isn’t reality, we are made to believe we live in a post-discriminatory society, where people can love and be loved but this isn’t true! In reality, people are facing immense prejudice in a world where, in a large number of countries, they can be murdered for being their true selves.
We can and will do something about this!!
With a voice come power, and with power comes change. We need to speak up, educate people, talk to people in positions of authority and demand that they do something to change this! We cannot stop until every LGBTQ+ person can be out and proud and safe, no one should ever feel as if they no longer deserve to live because of other people’s prejudices.
If you are struggling or know someone is struggling, please, seek help, talk to someone. remember you are loved no matter what anyone else can tell you! 💕
