I've been studying quite a lot lately and made this after searching poses of people fighting. I couldn't stop imagining Ciri and Geralt in a nice summer day in Kaer Morhen after all the battles. Ah, the good days..

Plus, replaying The Witcher 3 helps a lot.

Finally, I can properly sit down, write, and share these concepts I created. These are from my final college project, which, in one of its parts, explores concept art and its importance. These were my first concept arts, and I’m very proud of the results - especially because I wrote the story that gave birth to them and spent a few months with this character. The goal was to create a video game narrative, so I developed it through these concepts and a brief summary.

The story is about an old sailor and his relationship with the sea. I never told my teachers about it, but I’ve had this story in my mind ever since I read The Old Man and the Sea, one of my favorite books for a bazillion reasons. I just made some adjustments and, of course, finally brought it to life. I know I haven’t truly finished this story yet, and I hope to give it the same depth of meaning that it gave me. I also composed the soundtrack with the help of a friend, but I don’t feel ready to share it yet. Maybe someday, who knows?

In the past few years a lot has happened. I finally graduated from college, felt in love with research and writing, got a job then quit the job to just work as an artist and designer, started my hormone therapy (Suprise, I’m a transgender man), started French and Spanish, started to save money to visit Patagonia, Chile and Iceland, and goes on and on.

Meanwhile social media got pretty messed up and I got pretty tired and unmotivated to share stuff, even if I kind of want to, so here I am, trying out over and over again.

I know about the AI training and these kind of thing just make me really tired, always being scared and things like this. But at the same time, I got pretty lost in not sharing my stuff here, its my favorite place for it and have a special corner in my heart for Tumblr, found my favorite artists here, so I’m happy to be back.

P.S.: These two are the dorks from final college project. I love them so much and will draw more of them.

Joel is one of my favourite characters, maybe the one. It’s been 10 years since this game and characters changed and made me the man I am today. Really, I got pretty sentimental about it thinking about 2013 when I came home to listen to the soundtrack and read comics..

Season finale was a blast! I got chills during it. And had to draw these two again since I got emotional with a TLOU piece I’m working on. It’s so good how cozy The Mandalorian is and how confortable I can get while watching it..
