Sir Lion of House Lannister from All that Glitters, halfway through the mission of waking his parents (he’s already on their bed). The gallant hero shall be rewarded soon with hugs and kisses (Celia) and grumblings about the ungodly hour (Tywin). Overall a spectacular success!

Lilac

If there is no other choice.

Or even if I have my voice,

Nowhere can I dream of going,

Other than when we were together laying

Alone among the lilacs and our hearts

Our love seen only by the golden harts.

The Sun and Moon shone upon us,

As the stars spied and marvelled at our fate.

But the gods in heaven created a fuss,

And all that we had turned into hate,

You donned the battle armour and I the bridal veil,

All our words and hopes in vain.

We did our duty they say

But are blind to why we chose our lives' way.

Blind to our dying hearts,

Blind to our regretted choices' start.

The love that cherished me,

Lost to the love that would never set us free.

Years are gone and it is too late,

You are no more after one of your escapades,

Once again we lost to fate.

Yet the sorrow does nothing but help end my charades.

Free of my obligations I look up at the Moon

Soon enough the stars will once again at us swoon.
