I think I'm finally getting out of my mental rut and able to create more than just little venty things- So here's some more Mermay in the meantime while I work on your commissions!

This is part of my take on leviathantale and the universe, where Nightmare wishes to take hold of the other leviathan's territories and start a war against humanity. The text is from his perspective, more of an internal monologue than any actual document entry, and may be worded a bit strangely as merfolk do not communicate through language, this just being an approximation of his thoughts. I want to make ones for Killer, Cross, and Dust as well but I'm not sure if I'll ever get to it-

if you don’t mind me asking, what do you use to shade? Like a blender or airbrush tool? Sorry if you’ve already answered this before!!

For smooth rendering I use the soft brush from the airbrushing pack, and for texturized rendering/shading, I use gradient texture shading brush from the spraypaints pack. I don’t really use a blur tool(cuz I suck with it)

I’m not great at teaching or explaining, but I hope this helped!🤍🤍
