Pawanmuktasana or Wind-Relieving pose is one the yoga asanas that can provide relief from constipation. Here is the way: Step 1: Lie on your back in a relaxing position. Step 2: Bent your knees and bring your thighs close to your abdomen, keeping your knees and ankle together. Step 3: Bring your hands around the legs and clasp them together. Step 4: Lift your neck and tuck your chin into your chest.
