I’m finally on my reading week, last week was one of the worst work load weeks I’ve ever had 😫. Thankfully One of the two sushi chefs at my work have gone to Korea for his daughters wedding so I have the whole week off work.

I’ve been spending my time watching X-files and studying for my next midterms, 2 of which fall on the same day..

I have been so busy all week so that I could spend my Friday party-hardying

Anyway back to business- tonight and tomorrow i’d like to complete:

Finish + hand in control systems assignment 2

Complete half of vibrations assignment 5

Begin control systems project (due Wednesday)

You best believe I will be grinding this all out to ratatouille music 🥴

Sunday nights are always tough for me

Tonight I was able to make my lunches for the week plus some apple pie (featuring my new cute pink heart shaped pie dish that I totally didn’t impulse buy at winners)

Today I was mainly in the mood to do Strength of Materials content, a girly loves steel beams

I will be doing some skin care and self care tonight, what helps you guys reflect on the day?

Ngl real studying can be ugly and people only want to see the aesthetic parts of it, like yeah I got my big ass laptop and my iPad and open binder and mini notebooks and 20 pens and paper everywhere but that’s real learning.

Unpopular opinion and honestly I'm just ranting but the studyblr tag has become quite disheartening. I have to scroll through 10-15 posts in the "top posts" column to reach original pictures, otherwise it is just aesthetic moodboards of pinterest reposted pictures. Which is fine, I have my opinions but I don't really mind those, plus they're good motivation sometimes.

My issue is that why do posts with original pictures not get as much attention? We should be able to see pinterest moodboards and original posts in equal amounts but alas.

i think the coolest thing in medicine is when you connect your study materials to the real life cases you see at work. bootcamp tells me to use calcium channel blockers for raynaud's and it's like hey! i just prescribed nifedipine today! everyone's on the same page!

Today was a very busy day for me T~T

I opened my restaurant today which means mopping the whole floor and then sitting for an hour while I wait for customers, my tips today were not good…

I fear I haven’t gotten a lot of tasks done yet (soon to change after I post this) but I still did a lot.

Some of today’s tasks, I find that I always overfill my task list.

I’m entering chapter 3 harmonically excited vibration and I’m still a bit confused but I’m gonna try my hardest.

I’m recovering from my lung infection, it was at its worst yesterday hence no post.
