Wow, you're right!
Hmmm... Since the Japanese snake gourd blooms at night, and darkness is associated with something negative, then could it show on which side Fyodor is? Also, the plant can tangle other plants and has some sort of hairs, which represent Fyodor's desire to be in control of a situation and his proficient manipulation skills.
I guess that out of the 3 meanings you found, "good news" might be the most related to Fyodor since his side will seem to be winning in the part that will be animated in the 4th season.
I'm sorry, I don't know much about flowers and arrived to a quick conclusion 😅
Anyway, thank you for your correction @larathia!

If the flowers are daffodils, they might foreshadow that Fyodor will survive prison arc as the plant symbolizes rebirth. It also could be connected to his past, an event that changed his life forever.
In some countries daffodils are used to describe narcissistic people. Maybe thus the producers tried to implement that Fyodor is overly confident in his beliefs and is not willing to give them up.

BSD Volume 23 Cover Analysis
Tumblr media
Hello! Today I will analyze the book new cover.
!SPOILERS BELOW!
In the front, there's Atsushi, confidently raising his hand up. He looks decisive, and so he will try his best to save the world and to return people's trust to ADA. Behind him, there's a white sheet of paper ripped on its edge, which partly covers the face of another person. They look very similar to Kenji, and both of them have freckles. If the character actually is Kenji, then the page might symbolize him starting to rewrite his life entirely on a blank piece of paper after joining the Armed Detective Agency. Yet, if it is a new character, then it could mean that their story in the manga has just begun. The plants (I'm not sure exactly which plants they are) are white and are near those characters. They signify Atsushi and the other characters' hope for better.
On the very back of the drawing, there is paper used for writing. It indicates that everything shown in front of it is happening in the manga, and if the Book will be used again, its whole plot can change with a single blink. The light purple color of the sheet contrasts with the warm color palette for Atsushi and ?Kenji?.  Even though the world of the BSD can be cruel, the characters will stay on the bright side and will fight no matter what. Likewise, it might mean that in the story, the good will always defeat the evil.
Futhermore, there are petals on the book cover. When a flower is dying, its petals are falling down. Chuuya and Akutagawa are drawn on them, meaning that in the current moment they are not alive or are in a life-threatening situation. Near the red petals on the book cover, we can see blood splashes. Also, we can see that Chuuya is wiping blood from his face. Those parts of the illustration are implying that both Port Mafia members became vampires.
The locations of the petals and ?Kenji's? face with shirt form a cross shape, as you can see on the image below. Atsushi's face is placed where both lines intersect each other. Hence, he might play an essential role in the upcoming chapters and might be able to find a way to stop Fukuchi.

Fun fact: BONES do bsd characters' legs as skinny as bamboo trees so that they looked like bones. Thus, the producers create a reference to the studio.

Recently, I found this art made by Shiwasu Hoshikawa that drew BEAST manga and soon will illustrate manga Dazai and Chuuya 15.
I found this art interesting because here, the creator made an allusion to an anime called Neon Genesis Evangelion. Hoshikawa re-twitted a lot of NGE official posts, and therefore he could had been inspired by it while he was creating this drawing.
The painting contains bright purple and some of bright green colors, while in NGE, there is evangelion that has similar color scheme.
On the picture, Sakunosuke Oda represents the evangelion, a robot which is usually controlled by a teenager that sits inside of it. Those machines contain souls of the pilot's mothers. Akutagawa is located in Oda's chest zone and lower, in the place where teenagers sit inside of their evangelions.
Thus, Hoshikawa wanted to show us that in the BEAST, Oda is a father-figure for Akutagawa. During the novel, Oda teaches new ADA member how to be more patient and helps him to become a better person.
Furthermore, the illustration might symbolize the synchronization of Oda and Akutagawa's abilities during battles with their enemies. The bullets around them show that Oda can avoid them by seeing future, whereas Akutagawa can stop them by Rashomon. Both young man collide their superpowers as if souls of teens and their parents connect together in the robots. Due to it, their fighting skills become more powerful and thus they have a bigger chance of saving their huge and at the same time small worlds from the upcoming dangers.
