Heyo peeps, second round of Genderbent Edits! This time featuring the Vees.

In order from left to right, their GB names are: Valentina, Velour, and Voxine (yes her name is a joke, sue me)

I really like drawing Voxine and Velour, they’re definitely candidates for being turned into OCs at some point 🤔 BUT FOR NOW- here they areeee, the silliesss (and Valentina… ew). This time I attached a couple of the screenshot edits I did featuring these guys, since there’s only three of ‘em to feature. I have a LOT more edits that I’ve done that I’ll be posting soon as well, but for now enjoy these ones. Coming up with Velour’s outfits is so very fun.

Design explanations under the cut!

- Valentina: I made her a bit shorter than normal Val, and obviously a lot thicker. Viv gives a lot of her female characters hourglass shapes, and an even more exaggerated version of that felt appropriate here. I shortened her hat to match some more real-life styles better (and to differentiate from Canon!Val ofc). I shortened her jacket because I imagine her wings are a bit smaller than Canon!Val’s as well, and made her hands more visible. Don’t remember why I decided to make them brown instead of black, but I have stuck to it so oh well lol. I made all of her hands have the nails/claws that Val has on only two of his hands, because she seemed like the type to put effort into her nails like that. The biggest change was the lack of sunglasses- I think the sunglasses clutter Canon!Val’s face, and don’t like that his eyes are the same pinkish red as the rest of him, so I just- moved the gold onto there. It helps her eyes pop out a lot more, especially in some other edits I did. It also gives each of the Vees at least one of the primary colors on their faces, how fun.

- Velour: Shoutout to a discord server I’m in for the V fabric name, originally his name was going to be Cashmere because I couldn’t find any good ones. This is actually only ONE of the many outfits he has, since Velvette is in her Respectless outfit in this pose that’s what I went off of. In the screenshot edits I did he few more. I tried to make him a bit more obviously a guy (still a twink tho), with some facial hair and such. I think he’d still slay in whatever he wears tho. I tried to match the silhouette of her original weird fluffy jacket thing while changing it to be something that made more sense to me, which is a jacket/blazer draped over his shoulders.

- Voxine: Okay that name is a bit of a joke but it stuck lol. She was hard- I made her a bit more of an ‘average” body type because a friend of mine pointed out that Vox was a bit thicker than Alastor, and then changed around some clothes to differentiate her from Canon!Vox a bit. I wanted her suit to be a bit ‘bigger’ because as a business woman she needs that extra ‘size’ to make herself seem more intimidating, and because I wanted to emphasize the shark fin silhouette with her coattails. I also changed her head from a flatscreen to a CR-TV just because that felt right. One of her eyelashes also matches her crooked antenna, cause that’s fun.

Hello peeps! Here’re some Hazbin Genderbent Edits I did a while ago, if anyone here follows me on YouTube they might recognize the designs. I have a few more that I’ll be sharing here eventually, and plentyyy of artwork and screenshot edits haha. Y’all boutta get an influx of HH content from me, I apologize ahead of time.

Genderbent Names, in order from Left to Right: Eleanor, Crystal, Richie/Dickie, Charles, Marvell, and Shell.

I may take some inspo from these designs to make OCs away from the source material eventually, just so I can enjoy them in peace haha. I don’t actually really like Hazbin much, unfortunately, but it has a fun concept and unfortunately one of my hyperfixations. Sigh.

I’ll drop the design explanations under the cut, hope you enjoy them!

- Charles: I tried to add some more traditional ‘Prince’ elements to the design with the cummerbund, as well as took some inspiration from images of male dancers I’d found. I gave him a hair bun just so we could keep that Apple Motif in his design. I got rid of his curves (he’s been TWINKIFIED OH NO-) and rounded out some of the jagged edges in his design to better match his personality.

- Richie/Dickie: Based on his lore, I figured he’d be a little more ‘built’ than Charles (which isn’t saying much here, since he’s still pretty skinny). I accidentally made him kind of pirate-ish with his ponytail and shirt, but I think that adventurous look fits him. I shortened the hair down to a ponytail but, to keep that general silhouette’s vibe, made the bow tie it up and made it EXTRA LONG. I imagine Richie is a name he made up as a nickname for Richard (since… since Dick is a nickname for Richard too…) and Adam and Lute would call him Dickie once the whole ‘he is an angel’ reveal happens.

- Crystal: My friend thought of her name and I didn’t realize until after that she’s an accidental Breaking Bad reference. Uh. Oopsies? I literally just took Angel’s normal colors and moved them over to the blue hues on the color wheel haha. Trying to make sure she didn’t look like Devil Dust was a bit of a pain, especially since I also took inspo from Drag King fashion for her, but I am pretty happy with what I came up with. I opened her shirt, but I imagine anything sus would be ‘censored’ by cartoon logic with her shirt, since that’s what I saw a lot of in the drag I looked at for her. I based her body type after Angel’s twin sister Molly, and I imagine if I gender swapped Molly I’d do a similar thing by giving her Angel’s body type.

- Eleanor: I tried to base her outfit a bit off of 1920s/30s dresses and suits with a slight modern twist, similar to Alastor. That’s also how I did her hair, I gave it more of rounded bob look to match some short styles that were popular around then. Since she wouldn’t have antlers, I gave her a visible deer tail instead (I like the headcanon that Al has one, and decided making that more obvious here would be a good idea).

- Marvell: His name comes from Marvelous, similar to how Niffty comes from Nifty. Very fun times. I tried to give him more of a Butler theme to contrast Niffty’s maid theme, which also fit because Viv would 100% give him a bowtie if he were a guy. I also gave him sideburns for the 50’s look… and cause I thought it’d be funny.

- Shell…?: Her name was hard to come up with. I actually don’t like the name Shell, but the next best thing was Shuck and that’s not much better. I didn’t change too much about her, I actually think the skinny skrunkly look fits her better than normal Husky for some reason? I’m not sure why. I replaced the suspenders with a vest because I figured they’d probably cover her up a little more if the character was a girl, and shortened her wings because Male Birds are generally more majestic (maybe I should have changed the wing colors too… hm… thoughts for the future).

In the newest update especially, it's definitely implied for Julie and Frank to be a couple. It's a bit confusing though, because I thought it was canon that Frank and Eddie were a couple ?? Just a bit confused by this :3
