This week has marked the 5 year anniversary of my weight loss journey. January 16th, 2014 was my day 1: i used to be 246 pounds and had finally become uninterested with being so overweight. I grew up always being a touch on the heavier side, but after graduating college in December of 2011 and moving out on my very own and starting life my weight just spiraled out of control. i used to be so uncomfortable in my very own skin and prepared for a change. My body had began to change such a lot that I hardly even recognized myself in photos anymore. I booked a vacation to Jamaica and used that because the motivation to start out another diet…and decided that this is able to be the time i might provides it my all and not hand over after a couple of weeks. it had been time to urge serious about my health.
