I am not a medical professional.
Today we will find you a couple of new ways to help with your anxiety. We have a decent mix of anxiety calming methods for you to try. Before we get into these methods. Quick Disclosure some of these method won’t be for you.

What is anxiety
Let’s first start be defining what anxiety is. Anxiety is a persistent worry or fear about a everyday situation or event. Anxiety is not always rational, anxiety isn’t something to be a shamed about, anxiety is not always the same. Anxiety can take on many forms. What ever form your anxiety takes is valid.
Ways to cope with anxiety:
Talking
Talking to someone is one of the most common ways to deal with anxiety, but it still deserves to be said. Why would talking to someone make things better? Talking to someone about your anxiety helps do two things: one it helps define the thing that causes anxiety and two it gives you some release from not letting it stuck in your head. These are two very powerful benefits.
One Defining the thing that causes the anxiety is very important. You remember that time in life where it felt like the worst thing in the world was someone making a comment about your shoes or not having someone to go to the prom with you. When you think back to those times you probably laugh at yourself at the thought of being so stressed out over something small, but it was the biggest thing in the world at the time. This is why defining the cause is so important.
Two keeping anxiety all in your head will cause more anxiety don’t do that to yourself. Even if you don’t necessarily have someone to talk to try writing it down in a journal or maybe just a piece of paper. You can throw it away right after and it might give you some anxiety relief.

Meditation
Meditation has a lot of good health effects such as lowing your heart rate when stressed and clearer thinking. It doesn’t have to be 1 hour of meditation everyday, try 5 minutes or maybe even 3 minutes just enough to calm yourself down for the day . I know for me when i have a lot on my plate sitting down and meditating for 5 minutes really helps me.
Exercise
Exercise is one of the long term methods of treating anxiety. When you’re exercising your body produces endorphins which ups your happiness and lowers your stress. This is hard work but exercise is a great long term solution for stress and overall health.
Sleep
Sleep schedule is one of the most important thing i will talk about in this article. A sleep schedule is very important for maintaining a low stress level. Think of the last time you were extremely tired you were probably very stressed out. So get 8 hours of sleep on average every night.

Diet
This is very simple if you don’t have energy how are you gonna cope with anxiety. Food gives you energy. A healthy diet is crucial to a healthy mind and body. So, pickup a salad next time you’re at the store.
conclusion
If you’re having severe anxiety please go and see a medical professional for help. Anxiety is no joke. It’s important to take care of yourself. Remember to drink water and hydrate yourself everyone.

The Benefits of procrastination
You probably heard things like “why am i procrastinating so much” or “you need to stop procrastinating” but in this article I’m gonna talk about why you should start procrastinating. Procrastination like a lot of things are good in a moderation. You have to much then you got nothing done. Got to little then you have a anxiety attack because you have been running around trying to get everything done in one day.
Adrenaline
First i want to introduce to you procrastination’s friend adrenaline. Procrastination actually increase the amount of adrenaline that will be used during the task at hand. Which is great because adrenaline has a lot of good properties. Some of these properties include:
Energy Boost
Better Focus
Gives you a rush
More efficient

Reduce waste in time
you remember time in school when you did your homework and was so proud of yourself just to get told that the teacher no longer accepting that assignment anymore because of blank* blank* reason. This is exactly what i am talking about if you procrastinated and didn’t do that assignment until it was due in a couple of days then you wouldn’t have lost all that time you were working on the assignment.
Procrastination helps you enjoy life
The most common reason for procrastination is that you don’t want to do that task. Why should you do something now and think about it for long periods when you can put it off and complete it in a short amount of time at the end of the week. This isn’t always the case but it’s the one you probably come across most of the time. Also why shouldn’t you enjoy yourself you get your tasks done hopefully.
Brighter ideas
Procrastinating gives you time for your brain to fully process what the problem at hand is and after long periods of time can come great ideas. So, if you have a project that has to use a lot of brain power then take a break or maybe a day let’s see what you come up with.
Conclusion
I hope this article could show you a new way to think about procrastination and maybe convinced you to take more breaks. Next time don’t ask why am i procrastinating ask why are you not.

The world’s best studying tool.
So, what is this guy talking about is it a new type of note taking strategy or maybe a method of re-reading. Possibly you already skimmed my post and you already know, lol. Well to catch everyone up it’s active recall. Active recall is your way of getting to the top of the academic ladder.
Active recall
What is active recall? Active recall is basically studying on crack which I would not recommend. Active recall in a nutshell is the opposite of what all your teachers said the “right” way of studying is.
Active recall is taking information out from your head instead of trying to put it in. This is completely different then common studying methods like re-reading. In some studies suggest that Active recall is four times more effective then re-reading.
How to use active recall?
Their is multiple fun and exciting ways to use active recall some we will go into in this article. I encourage you to find your best studying technique and use our first Method as a way of charting what works for you.
Practice test
Practice tests are one of the most research types of study. Practice test can be made by you or possibly by your teacher. one of my favorite ways to make a practice test is look at my notes, pick out the main idea, and write a question involving it. Now i would highly suggest not doing multiple choice questions because that practices recognizing the answer and not pulling the answer from your head.
Flash Card
Everyone knows about that friend who has a couple of flash cards in their pocket always studying for the big test. But that friend gets straight A’s so maybe their is something you can learn from them and maybe write it on a flash card to help you. Flash Cards are probably one of my favorite ways of study they’re fun, easy, and effective. If you have a test in the next month use flash cards they are a great medium to long term method of studying.
The Feynman Technique
I know The Feynman Technique is probably the one that you didn’t hear of on this list but his technique is just that effective that you need to know about it. The Feynman Technique is a great way of understanding concepts and understand them for a long time. The Feynman Technique is this simple “Teach Someone” . Teaching someone helps you find out what places you need improvement on and is a learning process in it self.
Have you ever been explaining something for the first time and what you’re saying starts to make more sense to you while you explain it. That’s the Feynman Technique for you. That’s why teachers know every question in the book they are learning at the same time they teach it.
conclusion
If i could ask you to do one thing and only one thing it is to inform people about active recall. I have been using active recall for half my academic life and if someone would of told me in the beginning about it i would pay them because active recall is so effective it seems crazy that is free to learn about.
