Getting rid of bad habits.
First things first, I should get rid of my had habit which is smoking. Today I've smoked only half a cigarette and I felt bad, like disgusting. I've never liked smoking , I don't like seeing others smoke, but almost 10 years ago I wanted to look cool and badass like my friends so I started smoking with them. My dad just quit out of the blue 15 years ago and hasn't smoked since, so I can do that too!
Today, I ate under 1700 kcal without trying, walked over 15 000 steps. I walked home from work which is a little over 8km and installed it in 80 mins! And tomorrow I'm getting a bicycle and I'll start going to work and back home by bicycle!

Sunday 6.5.18
Right now I'm laying in my bed an thinking "what happened..?"
Last year in spring I lost 15kg in 3 months by dieting, eating 1200kcal a day and walking like 4-8km a day, and in summer I went to travel for a month and after that I just couldn't get myself back on track.
And today after washing my face I looked in the mirror and looked at myself thinking "no, I don't like what I'm seeing, I feel ugly..." I gained back all the weight and it makes me sad. I don't know why is it soo hard to start a healthy diet.
I don't want to loose weight this time, I don't want to be jailed by the scale, I want to loose body fat, I wanna be the one who looks in the mirror in like 6-12 months and be happy with what I'm seeing, I want to love my body and be comfortable in my clothes.
So I'm starting me journey again, but this time it will be different, instead 1200 kcal a day I will eat 1700 kcal and start gym, I have a membership and a Gym guide by Madalin Giorgetta. If anyone has some tips on how they overcame BED binge eating disorder, please tell me.
