their - possessive (usually plural but can be used singular!), “i have two kids, their both boys”

there - where (location), “look over there!” OR even a comfort, “there, there, calm down”

"I told you that'd be a huge risk." You smugly told Wally as he groaned in pain, really exaggerating it so you'd take pity on him. "But, no, no one wants to listen to y/n and their voice of reason." Your sarcasm only fueled his need to continue the show.

"This is the worst day of my life." Wally whined, clutching one of his knees to his chest with alligator tears in his eyes. "Kiss it better?" He frowned with his bottom lip pouted. "Pretty please?"

"I thought you just sprained your ankle." You crossed your arms and laughed at his request. "Now it's your knee, too?"

"I can have more than one injury, you know?" He broke character to retort your accusatory tone and quickly snapped back to pout again. "A kiss would make it better..."

"Fine." You kissed his knee gently and placed another kiss on his cheek to satisfy his need for attention and he quickly perked back up.

"See? I'm healed!" He jumped up and began running circles around you. "Your kisses are magic!"

"Oh, I bet. Maybe Zatara can take me under his wing now that I've discovered my superpower of magic kisses." You sarcastically remarked.

“Y/N?! Y/N! Wake up!” Tony yelled over the comms, but you’d already gone catatonic due to the enemy’s security measures against you. You’d subsequently crashed into the ground, completely unscathed by your powers subconsciously shielding you—but that didn’t stop Tony from hovering over you quite literally while the mission proceeded without you two.

“It’s fine, Tony. Get y/n out of here before things get even worse.” Nat called him over the comms and he quickly swooped down to grab you and get you to safety.

“It’s okay, I’ve got you.” Tony told you, who was still quite unconscious. “Had to activate Sleeping Beauty Protocol, like you’re a possum playing dead. You’re lucky you’re an absolute badass.” He continued talking to himself. After you were far away from trouble, he set you down slowly and tried to breach the force field around you. His hand slowly slipped through, he leaned down and kissed you just as a comfort, but you woke up once he made contact with you—he screamed as you shot up and gasped for air.

“Tony?! What happened?! Where am I?!” You shouted and he started to laugh. “Stop it! Come on!”

“Are you ready to get back out there and kick some ass or do you need some rest?”
