For this spell you will need:

writing utensil

cauldron

Write what or who you want the spell effect. Then write in the most simplest of terms what you want to happen, do this as many times as you can fit on the paper.

Do not fold the paper you should be able to see the name of who/what you want to effect. then place the paper in your cauldron. set the paper on fire, and while it burns watch it and focus on what you want to happen.

after it is done burning and there is no more flame, lightly blow on the ashes. Envision you are sending the spell off to do your will. Please do this carefully not to make a mess or spread hot ash everywhere.
