Workout Wednesday! . . . Today I got a quick but effective shoulder workout in at lunch. . . πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼 . . I absolutely love my Power Block dumbbells because they’re just so versatile! It’s so convenient to have so many weight options available with technically one β€˜set’ of #dumbbells . πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— . . Try incorporating these moves on your next shoulder day: - warm up! 2 rounds, LIGHT weight to wake up the muscles. Side lateral (lat) raises, rotator raises, overhead press - rear delt extensions using incline bench (4 x 15, last set use the drop set technique) - Superset (ss) πŸ‘†πŸΌ with seated over head presses (same sets/reps as above) - side lat raises (9 sets x 15 reps using a drop set technique!) Break this one up into sets of 3. I.e: 15 reps @ 15lbs, 15 reps @ 10lbs, & 15 reps @ 5lbs. Repeat this 3 times! - SS πŸ‘†πŸΌwith captains chair leg raises! Total of 100!
