Okay, I just think one specific HH discussion who has grew tired is about Alastor morality ? I mean, It's just quite evident he is just suposted to be a morally gray character?

I don't say I think so just about the cannibal and serial killer things (what, to be fair, It's all off screen) but what about what is really shown and affects the story:

-He drags about how he only cares about the hotel cause he thinks it will make people suffer once they learn redemption doesn't work.

-He is a terrible master towards Husk, essentially slaving him and bluffing about killing him when Husk doesn't do anything to deserve it.

-He is very sadist of the thought of killing the egg bois (Although he doesn't) and fighting Pentious and Vox.

-He is manipulator towards Charlie (Who is nothing but gentle with him) several times (Treats the hotel commercial as a joke, lies about seeing her as a daughter to mess with Lucifer, only tell her about the angels weakness when is convenient for him, implying he would let the hotel be destroyed if Charlie didn't accepted his offer).

Yet, he makes very good actions along the series too:

-He does do well in his job as hotelier (Wherever are his intentions)

-He looks really caring and enjoying his few friends (Minzy, Rosie, Zestial)

-Appers to be fond of Niffty (At least, treats her better than Husk)

-Implictly had a good relationship with his mother

-Despise he basically extort Charlie to make a deal with him, he genually helped her be a better leader for the people who depent on her

Overall, I think Alastor was created to be neither a full good or full evil character. Like all the main characters in the show btw. Hazbin Hotel is a show about the gray side of the moral, and people often forget about it.

(And before someone points this, I don't think stating a character as evil is the same as cancel them, neither think liking a not-good character is the same as excuse them for theirs actions)

This give soooo much Chaggie and Adam vibes I couldn't stand not drawing this.

I draw over the original photo, but the final image wasn't satisfacting to me, so I put the drawing over a edited background.

One thing I like about the hellaverse I think is not told enough is how about the demons are so humanized while the human souls are demonized?

Like, the demons lives in the office trying to work for life, having parental issues, relationships troubles, etc... While the demoniac humans are deeply tormented souls trying to face their own motivations and morality trying to redeem their owns souls?

This is pure patters subversion right here. Demons deal with simple, mundane day to day worries, and mere mortals deal with profound and existencial questions about themself and humanity around. I think It's a brilliant counterpoint to how demons and human are often portrayed in those kind of stories and I think that is beautiful.

You'll noticed a thing about it?

The official HH tt account revealed this new character called Abel, one of the sons of the biblical Adam.

Now, if their backstory is exactly the same as in the bible, Abel died been murdered by his brother Cain when got jealous over him. More important, he explicitly dies before Adam as stated in genesis book.

So what, you may ask?

Well, if you recall, Sera calls Adam "the first human soul in heaven". Not Abel, Adam enters heaven first.

So (If Vivziepop didn't change it in her universe) Abel wasn't Straight to heaven. Why? What happened to him? His soul for some reason was delayed to heaven? He went to hell but got redeemed? He was stuck in some kind of limbo for a while?

Just what happened to him?!
