Quicksand Love

Your love feels like quicksand Swallowing me whole. Whole is you, as am I, We're simply two wholes side by side, Who coincide, With no divide.

There aren't very many people Who dare open up Like a pearlescent ocean shell. Neither you or me fell, But our hearts did swell, Ballooning up with sweet breath and light, Ascending towards the sun And us equally bright.

Accepting brightness,   The dark parts, too. One and one sums up To two.

In the grand scheme Of this love theme, Two is but a stitch On an infinite quilt, Invisible to the naked eye; It's presence always felt.

The more we share, The less we are shy Sewn from within The fabric of our unified lives.

A waning smile Stamped on the sky Above the crescent Are twinkling eyes. Lined by buildings Snow capped and pointed Stone, brick, and mortar Walls all anointed. Bustling peoples Spell-casting and bright, Shopping supplies, Broom testing its flight. Unbeknownst, Harry awaits. Dark magic approaches, They've broke through the gates. Cries of despair Heard from a distance "witches and wizards, In need OF ASSISTANCE!" It was he- He who must not be named- Here, So notoriously famed. Searching for "The boy who lived. " Seeking him like The Golden Snitch. "EXPECTO PATRONUM!" The foe had been hit; A lightning shaped bolt, Dark alleyways lit. For the time being, Our world was saved, By none other than Potter, For what he just braved. - Natalia Patino
