The crowdstrike outage is a great lesson on; not everything needs to be connected to the internet. I am looking at you, stores, who want to add QR codes for price tags. (ew btw.) And all of the mails and other adding QR codes to even use their maps and find directions. This is why, we need to bring back payphones, and whiteboards and even small things like actual boards that show you the map instead of relying on your phone. just in case another Y2K happens again, like it just did. If crowdstrike can knock out the entire world, and make us all lost, what else will?

I am not anti internet, or anti computer, I just dislike how, an outage like this, really shows that we'll be stranded, without some kind of alternate way to go home, or at least know where your going. And that Companies are too reliant on the internet to save them.

I am starting to feel really uncomfortable by the oversexualization of Kinitopet It's almost.. terrifying in a sense. to see people just casually post porn in the SFW tag, full of minors. that shit is creepy. I had to report an account, casually posting rule 34, when there's a ban on porn here. Won't say who, but that person is downright nasty.

I still find it, rather scummy, that Rooster Teeth shut down, just yesterday because of Warner bros, and they still didn't even bother to unlock, every show they had even allowed on youtube for free, prior to them locking it and forcing us to go on their now, no longer running website. Including the full seasons of RVB. (except for S1, you can only watch S1 for free, and the rest have this shitty ass members only tag. as if I'm gonna give a skeleton money.) This is ridiculous, they could've at least, unlocked these shitty changes they did, prior to them shutting down. But no. they just had to keep it locked, because Warner brothers wants to suck, the last well dry for this defunct company.

Fuck the origins of where you started, huh?? This is why I don't feel bad for pirating shit. because these companies have told us, LONG ago, that what we own, isn't a product, it's a license, that can be taken away at anytime.

I went to give someone, criticism for their poly mod (For stardew, mind you), as I am polyamorous and how I only wanted a poly mod to date my Irl partner and a npc, the mod creator added a NPC that made no sense, in the context of how it's meant to replace free love, and be a better version. I did not want a Poly mod + new NPC. Won't state who I gave this criticism too, especially the mod creator, as I don't want to fuel any fires, but all of a sudden the mod creator guilt trips me, misunderstands my criticism for being just hateful, when all I did was give this person polite criticism, and this guy simp comes along and starts berating me as if I don't understand how polyamory works, and proceeds to mansplain to me how it works, as if he's ever BEEN in a polyamory relationship. news flash, I am in a polyamory relationship. I know how it functions because I am literally a lesbian. :| afterwards multiple people came to defend me, but honestly I didn't wanna bother getting notified that some horny men liked the skimpy character and that I was threatening their masculinity that I just deleted my comment. (what I mean by this, is; I just.. made my comment blank, I am not dealing with childish remarks on a farming game :|) I fucking hate nexusmods because of this. and now I understand why they got into hot waters for many years. I love the stardew valley community, but the amount of horny ass and uncomfortably weird people that step over boundaries is just.. disgusting. especially in the nexusmod space. they treat it as if, everyone wants to be sexual and LGBT+ means sex for hours, when there are literal ACE players who want mods that just allow them to date the people they like, minus sex. Most of the people that got that poly mod, were ace. they didn't want a oversexualized woman to talk to them. they just wanted to date Abigail from Stardew AND Sebastian. and have a good time. instead this NPC implies they fucked Abigail, when Abigail's vanilla cutscenes WITH a woman player mind you, suggests she's never had sex at all, (You don't need to state that anyway), nor had a crush on a woman before, until you came along. So this NPC makes no sense and it's just stepping over a boundary, but I guess that'll hurt someone's feelings?, that not everyone on planet earth is horny???, people are weird, I tell you. Yes, you don't have to install something that oversteps your boundary, but if you JUST wanted to date three people, why should I feel ashamed for calling out the randomly added sexual stuff, that I didn't sign up for?, especially when the mod wasn't overstepping a boundary until they decided; "Let's add my oversexualized OC!!!"

I feel bad for any content creator that finally gets their dream of sharing their passion project, only to have sex offenders/pedophiles invade their community, hurt so many people, and cause people to call their product "cancer" or "overrated" and "harmful" When their project was made with love and to show the world a message of kindness. or to share their love. We as a society, just can't enjoy something that's made with love, without destroying it, huh? Yes, the internet is cruel, there's no rules, and no matter what you say, you can't stop people from doing what they will with your characters, or story But, the sheer fact that, anyone can just taint the beauty of art, with a simple action of hatred or even evil acts, is what makes it all the more heartbreaking for an artist, or a writer to see. Making something you love, takes a lot of energy, but seeing it be teared down by awful people, is what will destroy the remaining energy of what was being made with love.

I have also noticed that, apparently, all normal SFW tags have been invaded with porn bots, yet no one says a word? Like, fandoms like Bluey for example, have a increase of porn bots following the tags and posting vagina photos, sending phishing links and downright scams, when it's against TOS and that's the wrong fucking tag to be using!, they're using it to get attention, and they obviously use other fake bots to boost up these posts too, when that's also against every social media's rules. (I.E; buying followers.) Literal teens and kids use these SFW tags, because these communities are shared by adults who keep the NSFW to themselves or their respective tags, and kids who like SFW content and want to share their fanart in these tags. Tumblr, fix this before it becomes a even bigger problem, than it already is. we had a problem with them following us, and them being hard to rid of in our DM's And now their invading SFW communities, this has to stop. This account may be for adult things and it may seem weird that an adult who is actively having a NSFW account, wants to take action against porn bots, but I do mean what I say; When you invade SFW communities with porn bots and you as a platform, do not step up to enforce your rules to rid of that, that's where I draw the line and have to speak up. and I will keep speaking up until tumblr fixes this and doesn't try to hide it under the rug by acting hip with the kids. YOU as a platform tumblr, should be enforcing your rules and keeping this bot porn shit away from minors, and away from the SFW tags in general. I have had enough of tumblr not stepping in and taking care of it. it's easier when a human is behind the screen and not a goddamn machine.
