What does a Wellness Warrior mean to you?

To me it means helping and encouraging others to put their health first. It means learning how to Self-Care (I know not always easy). It means to teach and inspire others to keep going, even when they give up on themselves. It means to create a community that can help spread this love, care and knowledge the others!

I chose to be a Wellness Warrior because at one time, I didn’t believe in myself, I didn’t think I could do it, I didn’t think I would succeed. So I know what it feels like…

BUT, I took a chance, I made the changes, I had faith and everything changed! If I can do it, so can you! I believe in you!
