Lowkey i hate how people depict Erwin as this soft spoken, devoted lover to Levi from the beginning. Like no, that man has got to have some maximum level emotional repression, he would not guide Levi at all. They would both have to fight and figure that shit out all on their own. Emotional stability is neither of their fortes.
