Soya Chunks Curry | Vegan Meal 🍛 Simple and home cooked meal ~ soya chunks curry cooked in tomato gravy which tastes better than any regular non veg curry 😌😋 1. First, rinse 1 cup of soya chunk in water and drain the water. Add 2 cups water and pinch of salt to a pan and add soya chunks. 2. Boil it for 5 minutes. Drain the excess water and wash the chunks with cold water. 4. Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil. I used olive oil, but any oil will do. 5. Add 2 large finely chopped onions and sauté in the oil on medium-low flame till it’s texture is golden brown. 6. Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste to the pan with the caramelized onions. 7. Add ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes. Sauté on low heat until oil comes out. 8. Doi Chire with Aam Makha - The Bong Delicacy ❤️ Recipe ⬇️ Doi (Dahi/Curd) Chire (Beaten Rice) and some juicy mangoes! This is a no cook meal or a dessert if you call it so, is a dish prepared during Bengali Puja ceremony for breaking fast. This is a part of Bengali tradition is a very traditional dish, which is very commonly prepared in Bong homes. What’s best is that you require very less time to make it and it’s completely no cook recipe. Not forgetting that it tastes absolutely delicious and is really easy to make. You’ll need - 1 cup Curd (Regular/ Vegan) 1 -2 cups Beaten Rice Soaked and washed thoroughly Jaggery - 2tsp Banana - 2 Mango - 2 Prepare a mixture of curd and jaggery, mash the fruits and add it in the mixture. Lastly add the soaked beaten rice, mix it thoroughly. Serve with chopped mangoes, chilled or as it is. Isn’t it so simple?
