Bruce damsel in distress, but in the sense that Bruce is so tired that he really needs a day off, he needs to sleep and maybe relax, but he has no chance of taking a day off work.

The calls, emails, gala events, interviews, nothing that can be postponed, and he certainly can't pretend to be sick (he couldn't bear Alfred's face), but finally a rare opportunity arrives, a chance that falls from the sky (literally, they come in through the ventilation duct).

Bruce gets kidnapped.

And Bruce could easily get himself out of there, take them all down in two moves, and go back to work... but why bother? It's a great chance to take a vacation! Finally, he can sit somewhere and sleep without anyone bothering him.

Bruce is enjoying this kidnapping, especially when they lock him in a cell with a bed that may not be the most comfortable in the world, but it's a bed nonetheless. Bruce sleeps for 12 hours straight while Superman searches for him in a panic because if Batman hasn't managed to escape yet, it means that the situation is really serious and these kidnappers must be very powerful, right?

I saw THIS post from @eledsart and asked her if I could make a Hualian version of her idea. She was nice enough to say yes (thank you again cwc) and so here we are!

(Fen Xin thought it would be a good idea to keep an eye on this suspicious guy, Hua Cheng, who continues to hang around Xie Lian. He still didn't know what he was getting himself into. Mu Qing didn't even try.)

Yesterday on X someone said "Do you think Hua Cheng would want to have children?" and well, yes, I do. (WIth Xie Lian? Sign him in!)

Of course, the child has the red string too (what? Do you think they would ever lose sight of it? They must always know where they are) and red pearl earrings ❤️

Also, some of my Head Canon about this:

The child is spoiled by everyone. Hua Cheng is incapable of saying ‘no’ just as he cannot say no to Xie Lian.

Xie Lian is the strict parent (or at least he tries).

Hua Cheng sits on the throne, holding them whenever someone wants a meeting. He does this to show everyone what a beautiful child he has and to teach the child how to deal with ghosts.

Everyone in Ghost City loves the baby.

Feng Xin and Mu Qing always seek an excuse to visit them and be with the child, even if Mu Qing pretends it is for something else entirely.

Mu Qing is completely different when he's alone with the child (which rarely happens because Hua Cheng would rather cut off his arm than leave the child with Mu Qing).

Shi Qingxuan is the favorite uncle.

He Xuan babysits against his will, but the child seems to have fun with him and Hua Cheng is amused to know that He Xuan does it unwillingly (Hua Cheng said that he will scale the debt every time he takes care of the child. However, even He Xuan is not so averse to keeping the child but he has to pretend not to put up with anyone).

He Xuan takes the child to the seas and the Oceans, and the child loves it (the child also loves the monsters and the dragons, and they love him back (so the child has some new pets)).

Not related to the child but Shi Qingxuan and He Xuan are together because I want beefleaf. Sut me and so they often go for walks around the city

In short, this child has the heavens, the seas and all the ghosts in the palm of his hand ❤️

Hualian silly prompt

Xie Lian wakes up and doesn't quite know where he is, but he is definitely not in Ghost City with San Lang or in Heaven or in Puqi Shrine (and at this point he has run out of ideas), but Xie Lian knows perfectly well how to get back to Ghost City from anywhere in the world, so he sets off and returns home to his husband.

When he arrives in Ghost City he sees San Lang walking among the people and does not seem to be in a good mood (Xie Lian assumes he is looking for him, since they did not wake up together that morning)

Xie Lian smiles and runs towards him, calling his name out loud, San Lang turns to look at him and seems equally surprised and… shocked?

Xie Lian throws himself into his arms and kisses him. They have been married for decades now, and Xie Lian is no longer so demure.

Fact is, ahah, what a funny thing, apparently Xie Lian woke up in the past, when not only were the two of them not married, but Hua Cheng was still looking for him and couldn't find him in any way.

Hua Cheng meanwhile is like "HuaCheng.exe has stopped working" because that kiss has completely destabilised him and he is freaking out internally a bit.
