During world mental health day on the 10th, our podcast Real people honest talks presented this short animation trailer of Rugare Simbi’s story! Rugare faced a lot of criticism growing up, and her school experience was not at all favorable – she had challenges with her weight, which led her to take losing weight to extremities and impacted her self-image and mental health. In this podcast episode, she highlights her experiences during her struggle as well as telling us how she’s overcome such adversities, with tips on how she developed her mental wellness.
