Seeing people decide to watch Breaking Bad based on the Tumblr memes is especially funny when they do it specifically for the memes about Jesse, because... well, let's put it this way. Aaron Paul, the guy who played Jesse, was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award for best supporting actor in a drama series for his work on Breaking Bad on five separate occasions, including twice in one season, and won three of those nominations. He was the first person ever to win that award three times for the same role. Like, Jesse's storyline is so viscerally unpleasant that it set industry records.

this is probably my favorite fic ever in all the fics ive read in a decade of reading. it's over 100k words and the integration of characters into the world is sooooo incredible. i read it all in 3 days and am thinking about rereading it. also every fic by tei is incredible. smut!

if i could ever recommend an author to read every work from, it's nbcravenstag. their works are some that i reread often when im in a bad mood, and i enjoy the way they characterize will. this a funnier fic that is just a good time all around. SMUT

sourweather is another author where i've read all his works, and i would recommend you do the same. this fic is one of my faves by them, and it's def one for a good bedtime story (he's also written a lot of spacedogs and i love space dogs)

controversial age gap bc it's based off the book call me by your name. i actually hated the book by andre aciman but i loved this fic so much. it's one of the few not-cannibal-hannibal fics i enjoy (another author who ive read every work)
