my addition if I may: he’s the kid that lies face down in the water to make it look like he’s drowning for attention.

as a youngest sibling I can personally confirm that from ages 6~11 he noticed that Sirius got more attention bc he was dramatic and thought “what if I was drowning?” and so he did it and literally nobody noticed. nobody even saw him. he only stopped because he actually had to breathe. this didn’t stop him though and he kept doing it until Sirius and/or Narcissa noticed and then Walburga told him that if he didn’t know how to swim he wouldn’t be allowed back in the pool so he stopped
