I love raw food! I do a raw diet for a week every month! I think it’s super important to try to get as many nutrients from the food we eat as possible. The best way to do this is be eating raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. Cooking strips our food of many vital nutrients and enzymes that our bodies need to thrive, as well as break down and properly digest. You also have so much more energy and vitality of spirit. I’m super happy on my raw tip! Thus why eating raw is so beneficial.
