finding out im intersex has been the most surreal fucking feeling ever. like actually. connecting everything to something that actually makes sense has been crazy. ive always had a hormone imbalance and they didnt know what gender id be at birth. i was legit a 'complete surprise' according to my parents. my mom legit did not know what intersex was until i told her. and she confirmed i was due to hormone imbalance and other things that also make sense. I always grew pubic hair much much faster then most people and thats another factor towards it. its crazy. like legit crazy to KNOW finally why some of these things happened and why i was like. raised a bit differently. they NEVER wrote it down on anything. i had to dig through a bunch of old medical records to even find out i had a hormone imbalance inthe first place. they stopped recording it.

then again, the medical field is known to completely neglect intersex people so im not surprised. i was told this over the phone by my family doctor who i love so much. i love that woman. so accepting, listens to my concerns and always looks into them no matter the cost. I love her. shes the reason im living today i love u Dr W.

anyway. yay. this is basically me revealing to everybody that im intersex as well as just a positive vent in which i can finally say the things that were bothering me about my gender and such has been practically pinned down to this. and now i can learn to love myself knowing that these are normal things my body goes through, and not an issue or a concern as i thought before<3
