hi, thank you for your answer!
I don't mind sharing details. well, I have constant nausea since 2023 (actually, I had it in 2021 and 2022 too, but there were breaks) and I still don't know the reason why. I visited different doctors and because of their useless treatment and tests results they deduced that my nausea is related to mental health problems, not physical. so I took different antidepressants and still taking ones, but I don't feel any changes. and I'm diagnosed with mixed anxiety–depressive disorder, but the only constant symptom is nausea, as for anxiety, it wasn't always there, and I think I have it because of nausea outcomes (I mean, I can't do some of my fave activities, I haven't studied for two years, so this all stresses me out)

Oh my. I do know that manifestation could definitely get rid of it, but I also will give you this first. As a person who actually struggled with nearly the same thing as you! Definitely not as severe, but I was given this by my relative who is a nurse.
Then, I will repost this and give you manifestation advice.

Chronic nausea that persists for years, despite multiple medical consultations and antidepressants, can have several underlying causes—many of which are often overlooked or misattributed to purely mental health issues. Based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like doctors have assumed your nausea is anxiety-related simply because the standard tests showed nothing physically wrong. But nausea can originate from a number of lesser-known, complex interactions between the body and brain, even when traditional scans and labs look fine. Below are several detailed possibilities that might explain your situation.
One major cause that gets dismissed too easily is something called functional gastrointestinal disorders, like functional dyspepsia or chronic nausea syndrome. These are legitimate medical conditions where your digestive system isn’t working properly, even though nothing looks physically wrong on scans or tests. People with these disorders often experience persistent nausea, bloating, early fullness, or upper stomach discomfort. The issue lies in how the gut and brain communicate. This is known as gut-brain axis dysfunction. Traditional antidepressants often aren’t enough to treat it unless they specifically target nerve function in the gut. That’s why medications like low-dose tricyclic antidepressants (which work on both pain and nerve transmission) are more effective than SSRIs in these cases. Gut-directed therapy and eating strategies like low-FODMAP diets may also help.
Another possible reason is autonomic nervous system dysfunction, such as POTS or general dysautonomia. These are conditions where the automatic processes of the body—like heart rate, digestion, and blood pressure—don’t function normally. If you also experience symptoms like lightheadedness, heart palpitations, extreme fatigue, or cold hands and feet, especially when standing, you might be dealing with this kind of dysfunction. When your autonomic system isn’t regulating blood flow or digestion correctly, it can create persistent nausea. Many people with this are misdiagnosed with anxiety. Specialized tests like a tilt table test or tracking your heart rate from lying down to standing can help diagnose this.
There’s also the vagus nerve to consider. This nerve is responsible for digestion, heart rate, and the nausea reflex. If the vagus nerve becomes hypersensitive due to past illness, trauma, or inflammation, it can create a constant signal of nausea without a physical cause. This doesn’t show up on normal tests but is a real neurological condition. Sometimes the body develops a kind of reflex loop where the nervous system expects nausea, predicts it, and then creates it, even when there’s no threat. This is often labeled as psychosomatic, but it’s more accurately a nervous system misfiring. In this case, treatments that help regulate the nervous system—like vagal nerve stimulation techniques, breathwork, cold exposure, or certain medications—might be more helpful than antidepressants alone.
In some cases, neurodivergent individuals—especially those with sensory processing differences or autism—can experience chronic nausea as a physical response to sensory or emotional overload. This might include smells, noise, textures, or overwhelming emotional situations. The nausea in this context isn’t always tied to visible anxiety or panic attacks but is more about how the nervous system reacts to internal and external stimuli. This kind of sensory nausea can persist even when a person is physically calm. If you’ve ever noticed the nausea flare up around certain types of stress, overstimulation, or unpredictability, this might be a contributing factor. Treatment here involves sensory regulation strategies, environmental control, and potentially different types of medications—ones that work on dopamine instead of serotonin.
Another possibility is a neurological disorder like vestibular migraine or abdominal migraine. These types of migraines don’t always come with head pain. Instead, they manifest as nausea, dizziness, light sensitivity, fatigue, and sometimes brain fog. You may not even know you’re experiencing migraines, especially if the main symptom is just nausea. These are best diagnosed by a neurologist and treated with migraine-preventive medication like propranolol, topiramate, or certain antidepressants that also work for nerve pain. People with these types of migraines often find that certain foods, sleep patterns, or hormonal changes trigger their symptoms.
There is also the phenomenon of somatic symptom disorder or psychophysiological symptom looping. This happens when the brain has learned to associate a physical symptom like nausea with threat or fear. It might have started after a real illness, but now the brain continues to “expect” and therefore re-create the nausea. This kind of symptom isn’t imaginary—it’s driven by real neural patterns and nervous system memory. Over time, the brain’s interoceptive system becomes overly sensitive to stomach signals, and you can feel sick even when nothing is wrong physically. This is often treated through brain retraining methods like somatic therapy, pain reprocessing therapy, or neuroplasticity-focused programs.
Hormonal imbalances can also play a large role in unexplained nausea. In people who menstruate, fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone levels can significantly affect gut motility, serotonin regulation, and stress responses. These hormonal shifts can delay stomach emptying and create sensitivity to food or motion. Additionally, SSRIs interact with the serotonin system in the gut, which may not always be helpful if the gut is already dysregulated by hormones. In these cases, nausea might worsen during certain times in your cycle or during hormonal transitions. Tracking your symptoms in relation to your cycle and exploring hormonal support options might reveal patterns that were previously missed.
Another explanation that is frequently ignored is food intolerance or mast cell activation syndrome. Even if you don’t have obvious allergic reactions, you could still be reacting to certain foods in a way that causes low-level inflammation and nausea. Histamine intolerance, in particular, can cause nausea, dizziness, brain fog, and anxiety-like symptoms after eating certain foods. These include aged cheese, vinegar, processed meats, or fermented items. In these cases, a low-histamine diet and the use of antihistamines like loratadine or famotidine may help reduce symptoms.
To explore these possibilities with a doctor, you could ask questions like: Could this be functional dyspepsia or a gut-brain axis disorder? Could this involve vagus nerve dysfunction or autonomic nervous system issues like POTS? Is there a possibility that this is migraine-related even if there is no headache? Could we try medications that regulate gut nerve function instead of mood? Would a neurology consult make sense? Could food sensitivity or hormone cycles be contributing?

hey
I need to manifest some health issues away and I need some advice. I tried to do it several times, but some circumstances would stop me so I got distracted, but now I need to get rid of my ailments. I affirmed as much as I could during the days and I don't know why I didn't get it, maybe the belief of having my ailments is deep rooted and it needs a lot of time to change?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
You're already on the right track by being aware of your thoughts, your efforts, and the potential root of the issue — which shows a powerful level of self-awareness. Manifesting healing, especially from chronic or persistent health issues, requires a multidimensional approach because the body stores not just physical symptoms, but emotional memory, energetic imprinting, and mental associations. If you’ve been affirming regularly but not seeing lasting results, it’s often because the dominant emotional frequency — often fear, doubt, frustration, or powerlessness — is still stronger than the frequency of healing, peace, and wholeness. The subconscious mind doesn’t change just because we say something; it changes through repeated emotional experience. So if you are affirming health but emotionally feeling fear, lack, or desperation in the background, the body may remain locked in its current pattern. The key is not more affirming — it’s about calming your nervous system, teaching your body what safety and healing feel like, and reconditioning your identity to match that of someone who is already healed. If you’ve been struggling with being “thrown off” by circumstances or interruptions, know that this is normal and not a failure. The subconscious mind resists change by pulling you back into familiar thought patterns — even if those patterns are painful — because they’re known, and the brain is wired to favor what feels predictable. The solution here is to practice your healing state in multiple short, emotionally charged sessions throughout the day — 2 to 5 minutes of deep emotional visualization where you feel healthy, vibrant, energized, and free. See yourself waking up pain-free, walking freely, moving through life with ease, and feel the gratitude of that version of you. Pair this with breathwork or guided hypnosis to calm the body so the mind can be receptive. If you’re someone who gets distracted or overwhelmed, break your healing practice into rituals: a morning breath + gratitude practice, a midday visualization while walking or resting, and an evening self-talk session. You can also do “revision” each night: mentally replay the day as if your body felt perfect — this trains your subconscious to shift timelines. And if the belief that “I’m sick” or “healing takes a long time” is deeply rooted, then gently introduce bridge affirmations like: “I’m starting to feel better every day,” or “My body knows exactly how to heal itself,” so you’re not clashing too far from your current belief system.Spiritual teachings, neuroscience, and energy medicine all agree: the body follows the mind, but only when the mind believes it’s safe to change. That’s why nervous system regulation is often the missing piece — slow breathing, tapping (EFT), or even placing your hand on your heart and saying “I am safe now. Healing is happening” can calm your body enough to receive the healing intention. In more medicalized or stress-heavy environments (like if you're in school, work, or caretaking), you can still insert 60-second moments of stillness and self-realignment. In more emotional cases — like if your health is tied to past trauma, fear, or identity — deeper techniques like self-concept revision, somatic healing, or even therapeutic writing can break those loops. Sometimes, healing feels slow because we keep checking for results, which puts us back into “not yet healed” mode — instead, the goal is to live from the healed version of you and let the body catch up in divine timing. Manifestation is not about denying the issue — it’s about creating a more dominant reality so powerfully within that your outer life has no choice but to reflect it.
If you feel comfortable sharing, are there any mental health struggles you’re currently working through — like anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else — so I can offer more tailored healing techniques for your situation? Only if you feel safe doing so. And feel free to dm me if you need anyone to vent to! I don't have to give advice, I can just listen. Or I don't even have to respond, you can just write that there in order to get thoughts out.
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
[I LOVE YOUU!! stay safe, and don't ever doubt your abilities! No matter what you are struggling with mentally, it is always possible. There are many examples of that].

I watched ratatouille and saw a cooking fancy rat
Now I want to have a cooking fancy rat and live in Paris to make my rat rescue restaurant where I save rats from because I know French people are ratphobic
And fancy rats are clean. Pretty cute too. Sooo small and cuddly.
I want a rat.
So bad.
Rattytooyi
That's how I pronounce it.
I do not know if that is how you does it
But it is okay !
Because I do not speak the language of the French and the language of the burger.

hi! i just wanted to know how i can manifest a trip to florida with my desired people and i wanna stay at a certain hotel. i want to stay for the first and second week of july as well. can u pls help me with this? thanks!
my circumstances are that my uncle rented an air bnb for me and a few other family members to stay at in my state, but i want to go to florida and stay at my desired hotel
Tumblr media Tumblr media
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
Manifesting a specific trip — like going to Florida with your desired people and staying at a certain hotel — is 100% possible, even if your current reality looks like it’s going in a different direction. The most important principle to lock into is this: circumstances do not matter, only your internal state does. The Law of Assumption teaches that once you assume something is yours and hold that assumption as truth, reality must conform, even if it seems unlikely. Right now, your senses are showing you one reality — the Airbnb with your family — but that doesn’t cancel out your desire. It just means your current 3D reality is still catching up to your inner decision. The way to manifest this trip is by mentally living in the end state of already being in Florida, staying at your dream hotel, surrounded by the people you want to be with. Do not fight the current circumstances — instead, accept them as temporary scenes and redirect your focus to what you know is already unfolding for you.
From a neuroscience perspective, the brain doesn’t know the difference between a real event and an imagined one when you add vivid emotion. So when you visualize being at your desired hotel, walking into the lobby, feeling the sun in Florida, and hearing the voices of the people you want to be with — your brain begins to create pathways and evidence to match that imagined reality. What’s more, your Reticular Activating System (RAS) starts filtering opportunities, conversations, and possibilities that align with that vision. Even if the how is unclear, your job is to become the version of you who is already there. Imagine packing your suitcase, choosing your outfits, laughing in the hotel room — make it real in your nervous system. That emotional energy becomes a signal that goes far beyond logic. Instead of resisting the current plan, start mentally overlaying your vision of Florida on top of your current life until it feels normal.
Energy-wise, this shift is about anchoring into the truth that your desire isn’t a fantasy — it’s a spiritual assignment already in motion. The fact that you want this trip means it exists in your field — your only job is to embody it emotionally and consistently. The universe doesn’t need permission from your uncle, your current location, or your family plans — it only needs your full belief in what’s already done. Sometimes the manifestation happens through a miraculous shift, a last-minute opening, a changed heart, or a rerouted plan — but it always happens when you remain in the state of the wish fulfilled. So right now, start assuming: “It’s already settled. I’m going to Florida. The hotel is booked, and the timing is perfect.” Repeat that with certainty, and don’t let current reality convince you otherwise. Reality is flexible — and your belief is the tool that bends it.

Hii!! I really love ur account and I have a question on manifestation!
I can visualise, understand that a specific desire is already mine, know that I want something, and while I do want something, how come it doesn’t happen or doesn’t manifest the way I desire?
I hope it’s not confusing! I apologise ^_^
Tumblr media Tumblr media
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
STOP ASKING WHY, AND STARTING SAYING NOW
It’s very common to feel like you’re doing everything right in manifestation — visualizing, feeling as if it’s already yours, knowing what you want — and yet still not see it show up the way you hoped. This doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong; it simply means there’s a deeper layer that still needs to align. Manifestation works through a combination of your conscious desire, your subconscious programming, and your dominant emotional state. Even when your thoughts and visualizations are on track, if your inner emotional state is laced with waiting, doubt, or anxiety, the signal being sent out is mixed. The universe responds not just to your words or images, but to your being — the energy you live in every day. So if you’re visualizing abundance but subconsciously expecting lack, that expectation becomes the stronger magnet. This isn’t punishment or failure — it’s an invitation to shift not just what you think, but who you are being energetically.
Another key factor is that most people unknowingly stay in a state of waiting, which contradicts the Law of Assumption. When you “know” it’s already yours but still look around to see if it’s coming, you’re affirming that it’s not here yet — and the universe mirrors that. The Law of Assumption teaches that you must persist in the state of already having, no matter what your senses say. That means continuing to live, think, and feel as the version of you who already owns the desire, even if nothing around you seems to confirm it yet. The feeling of “why hasn’t it come yet?” is subtle resistance and self-doubt disguised as curiosity. The moment you stop checking the clock, stop asking “when” or “how,” and simply become the person who has it — you collapse time. Time and physical form must eventually rearrange to match your sustained internal state. Finally, remember that manifestation often brings not just what you desire, but what you’re ready to hold and sustain. Sometimes, what seems like a delay is really divine timing — a reordering of circumstances so that your manifestation comes with stability and peace. You might be expanding emotionally, spiritually, or mentally behind the scenes without realizing it. And sometimes, what you thought you wanted was only a shadow of what God or the Universe is preparing to deliver. If you can remain in a state of gratitude, assumption, and emotional wholeness — as if your desire already arrived — it must reveal itself. Stay consistent, stay faithful, and trust the unseen forces working in your favor. Your job is not to force the how or when, but to become the fulfilled version of you now. And from that vibration, everything must unfold exactly as it’s meant to — or better.

hiii ! i saw on your acc how you manifested some really cool stuff and i just wanted to know what methods you use! ..and if you're willing to give advice on how i can keep myself fulfilled during school or a very busy day? tysm ♡♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
HOW TO STILL AFFIRM WHILE BUSY!!
Thank you so much for your kind words — I’m really glad you’re inspired! The methods I use are a blend of visualization, affirmations, the Law of Assumption, and staying emotionally connected to my end result. The biggest key is consistency — I commit to feeling the version of me who already has what I want, even on days when things feel heavy or chaotic. I do this through scripting (writing my dream life in present tense), using specific affirmations throughout the day, and mentally returning to my “vision scene” when I need to shift my focus. One method I love is called “inner conversation,” where I talk to myself as if I’m already living my dream — like “I’m so proud of myself, I really did it.” This keeps my energy aligned with the outcome instead of obsessing over whether it’s working. No matter which method I’m using, the real power comes from the emotions I generate and sustain. During school or busy days, it’s completely possible to stay fulfilled and aligned — it just requires small, intentional moments of reconnection. I recommend starting your morning with a 5-minute visualization or prayer where you remind yourself that today, everything is working in your favor. Carry 2 or 3 core affirmations with you that feel empowering, like “I am grounded, guided, and in control,” or “Everything I desire is unfolding behind the scenes.” When stress or busyness creeps in, I close my eyes for just 30 seconds and imagine the version of me who’s already at peace, already successful, already living my dream. That emotional shift in the moment brings me back into alignment without needing to pause life. I also use breaks between classes or tasks as tiny reset points to return to my desired energy. Fulfillment doesn’t have to mean being free of problems — it’s about feeling full within, no matter what’s happening around you.
Another powerful tip is to treat your goals like they’re already done, and your current life is just catching up to them. This mindset gives you peace and joy in the now instead of pressure and waiting. Even on chaotic days, I ground myself by repeating, “This version of me is already enough. My success is inevitable.” Keeping a gratitude journal or voice note log at night also helps anchor that feeling of being fulfilled, even when life feels rushed. Little rituals like visualizing while brushing your teeth or affirming while walking to class can transform your day. The goal is to live as if you’re already the person with the outcome — fulfilled, peaceful, and confident. When you stay in that inner state, life begins to bend around your energy in ways that feel magical, but are actually just alignment. ♡

how do you manifest with BPD? Im really struggling 💔💔
Tumblr media Tumblr media
⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒⌒
hello!! to answer your question on hows i doesnt get many troubles manifesting with BPD is bcz i focused more on mental health than physical results. i think you shouldn’t try to obsess over the things you want (technically have, since the 3D isn’t showing it!), and focus on yourself first. Don’t manifests anything until you feel in the right state of mind. i know mood swings are a problem and as well as struggling with self-esteem, if it’s like that for you! BUT! don’t let that bring you down to not bring in what you DESERVE.
i also made sure to take breaks when i was feeling drained out, and then started again when i was feeling happy.
anddd you really don’t need to be in a good mood to manifest, there’s manifesting through anger and sorrow, which i can cover soon. just leave another message in my inbox, or DM me so we can talk about it personally!
