Hi everyone, I hope you've had a good experience with the interview process so far! I just wanted to remind you of the list of mental health resources I've compiled that are available for you to consult at any point during this process (don't mind the typo, I've changed it but it won't update 😔).

Hello Tumblr!

I am a current student conducting a qualitative study on Tumblr's queer spaces. My research question is "in what ways do queer spaces on Tumblr challenge conventional understandings of gender and sexuality?"

This study has been approved by my institution's internal Ethics Review Board, and my research supervisor Dr. Kurusanather can be reached via email at janet.kurusanather@mail.utoronto.ca.

If you are 18+, English-speaking, and identify as LGBTQ+, you are eligible to participate! The study will involve 2 rounds of written interviews conducted through the chatbox about your experience with queer identity formation on Tumblr.

Your data will be kept anonymous and confidential. You will receive a full Informed Consent Document to read, review, and sign once you indicate your interest to participate.

Your participation would be greatly appreciated as a contribution to scholarship and provide insight on the value of queer spaces on Tumblr. If you're interested, please fill out ❗THIS❗ form!
