I have not posted on tumblr in an actual month so here's an Oc I made a bit back that I thought might be interesting :]

This is Mend! He's a Dog oc inspired by Grian's HCS10 Fishing arc! Fishing is his hatred hobby and He's so tired all of the time. I didn't want him to be just, Grian, So Mend's actually a pretty calm character, book is exhausted alot and tends to show little outward emotion, Which will pair well with his more outwardly well-adjusted sister(Who I will make, i swear, I can't not make a Postmaster Pearl inspired doggo to go with Mend). Fish is kind of a mess but He's very loved by the his community. He supplies fish(/other sea animals) and a bunch of other goodies that he finds in the water to the small town he lives in! He fixes up old fishing rods and makes his own lures, In general if another townsfolk needs something smaller fixed, they go to mend!

Take a Tim's Robin from Memory. no his outfit isn't correct, yes it's like 4 different outfits meshed together, I absolutely hate looking at references. absolutely insane when there's about 10 different outfits i could draw him in and I have hardly any clue when they were there. so. there. idk. man.

HUNRGY HERMITS!!! The hermits are hungry!! Good thing Pearl and Joe are here to serve them!!!

probably about 4-5 days ago I was watching a Pearl stream and was able to watch a Hungry Hermits run with Her and Joe! I've had a really fun time watching the game be played so I decided to draw a piece :D

This has been, by far, the longest time spent on an art piece. IBIS X says it took 8+ hours. so. ya. fun!!!! :]

I hope I did the two justice here. <3

I really like it! I'm super proud of it since I'm not super experienced with more complex backgrounds and I love how I colored it(even if,, it hurt to,,, do,,,)! also if i got anything wrong. um... no i didn't. Also I made the loom counter a regular counter. It has the loom colors tho? lol

and here are the doodle/sketch images from when I was deciding on how to draw Joe and Pearl!

I've drawn pearl a bunch but this would be my first time drawing Joe! so I knew I had to think about how to draw them! It was super fun, i don't understand puppets, or how the juppet would work in world/canon. but. hey! whateves! it's fun!! it's cool!! I also did a regular non-puppet joe because i,, wanted to :3 Joe's really cool, i wanna start watching them more. For pearl I just needed to get her Post Office outfit down, Which for some reason, I haven't done yet :'} It's a very nice looking outfit so it was very fun to draw.

also both images have a little version of them with a chefs hat! cute!! :D

also I imagine in the full piece, they're talking to eachother. Fun!!

A funny thing that happens on Pearl’s discord is when she posts announcements that she’s live or an episode is out, people will react with a bunch of emojis. The funny part is that for some reason the trans flag is a very common emoji people use to react.

Pearl fans are we like all transgender (saying this as a trans man)? How did this happen? What is it about Pearlescentmoon, cishet Minecraft YouTuber that makes trans people flock to her?
