I needed this gif to be on here because it’s SO funny you have no idea how much this silent communication means to me. The fact that Jason shushed his own brother. The fact that Dick LISTENED.

part two of @raspberry1w and mine Stardew Valley Role Swap AU, this time a two-for-one deal with Robin taking Clint's role as a blacksmith and Sebastian taking Jas' role as the quieter school kid:
Tumblr media
Robin, now husbandless (you'll know why once we get to Demetrius) and probably a bit younger than in canon, works tirelessly to provide for and take care of her son, who at the moment seems to want nothing more that to get a heatstroke (seriously, getting him dressed in weather appropriate clothes is a struggle outside of winter). She can provide you with not only quality upgrades to your tools, but also beautiful pieces of metalworking in the form of little decorative trinkets; and of course, she's the Adventuring Guild's main weapon supplier!
For obvious reasons Sebastian is not a marriage candidate, but Robin is - do remember to be a good step parent though!

so my sister ( @raspberry1w ) and I were talking about Stardew Valley (we both started playing relatively recently) and she brought up a potential Role Swap AU. So we figured out the roles, differences those would make to family dynamics, rehashed bachelors and bachelorettes and I now bring to you Role Swap AU Elliott, taking Willy's place as the weathered, older fisherman:
Tumblr media
He's obviously still a hopeless romantic, but as he is quite a bit older than in canon, to match Willy's actual age, it is more in a way of reminiscing about a love lost to time. When he's not tending to the store or fishing, he loves to tell stories about the sea to anyone who would listen (usually Gunther and/or Penny).
He is, unfortunately still in love with his deceased? lost? partner, and therefore not an eligible bachelor.

If I had a nickel for every piece of media I know in which two of the main characters are a couple, the girl being a white/silver haired sassy sword fighting warrior, who shares profession with one of her parents, and the guy being a dumbass who still some how comes up with most of their plans, and has rare power, and who can sometimes see a part of this power, and it looks like him but more evil and they got together when the girl was blaming herself for something, guy saying that it wasn't her fault and her kissing him after, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice.

Watching the rookie with my mom pt 5
We're watching season 5 finale, this season my mom didn't have a lot of comments but she did say during the fight chenford vs masked people how cool it is that Tim has a girlfriend that is a badass like him, and they are good for each other. She's not gonna like season 6. At least not fully. Also she thinks Aaron is gonna die, and because we're watching on Netflix and season 6 is not on it yet (at least in our country) she's gonna have to wait (and suffer) just like the rest of us.

Watching the rookie with my mom pt. 4
We're watching s 5 ep 4 (the choice). And she thinks Bailey is gonna die. She said, and I quote "that's the only way a couple this good can stop being together. One of them dies." I'm having so much fun.
She does not like this episode

"You keep calling it a monster" I really like the parallels between Rayla with Callum and Sarai with Harrow. They both agreed to go do it, but Rayla chose love instead of war, and the results were much better. No one died, they got what they wanted, and brought someone back from the dead because of it. But Sarai and Harrow actually killed it, which resulted in Sarai's death. I really like that

In my gay Snow White story I would like prince from the little mermaid (or merman in this case) to be an important character, or more specifically - Snow White's brother. Their parents would be divorced, with the king going off to live with with his son, while the queen would marry the evil queen (none of their parents are the "bad ones", the queen just turned out to be a lesbian... Like mother like daughter I guess). The prince charming (Snow's husband) is homophobic, so he would try to separate Snow from her brother. And he would be okay with Snow running away, 'cuz he (brother) wants what's best for his sister

In my original gay Snow White story post I said that I didn't want Evil queen to be a bad ruler, but actually I don't want her to be bad at all, and the actual villain of Snow White would be the mirror. The moment the queen looks in it, it would possess her or something, and the story ends she's free, BUT the story starts with her looking in the mirror. That's why she's perceived as evil. The moment she's free she apologizes to Snow and tries to make it up to her. Snow knows about the possession, so she forgives the queen, and they actually have a good mother daughter relationship. Also I want the prince charming to be against witches, which the queen is, so that's another reason why Snow runs away.

The first thing that made me think of my gay Snow White story was when I wore an outfit that gave me Snow White vibes, so I decided to make her outfits more important (at least in my head, 'cuz I can't draw). Her hair accessories and actual clothes would have different meanings - her clothes (mostly dresses) would symbolize how she's seen in the fairytale world, and hair accessories how she feels. Before she runs away she's wearing a colorful dress, meaning she fits in with the rest, but her crown would be the heavy type and would not have any pattern or crystals (or anything colorful), which means she feels like something is missing. When she runs away she wears only black and white clothes, as she does not fit with the fairytale, and she's wearing headbands/diadems as accessories, usually in one color, but it can change depending on what she's going through. When she's confused by her feelings, but they're mostly good she's wearing a lot of different colorful accessories, when she's feeling a lot of positive feelings her headband is rainbow, when she's conflicted she's wearing a diadem, symbolizing the bad feelings, but it would have interesting pattern or colors. Also at one point in the story, when she stands up to the prince he starts to see her as a villain, so she gets purple patterns on her clothes ('cuz purple is often associated with villains). She would also get powers at that point. And at the end of the story she would return to the fairytale world, but as a queen of her kingdom and rule with her gf. She would then wear a tiara.

I have an idea for a show or something. It happens half in normal, and half in fairytale world (the old ones, not Disney). In this universe the fairytales have to be repeated once in a while and at the moment it begins everything comes back to the way it was before (characters who are dead are resurrected etc.), and when the story isn't playing they have time to talk and stuff. The main character would be Snow White, but she's unhappy in her marriage with the (much older) prince, as even when "he saved her" he didn't even intend on doing that (he wanted to have her dead body in his castle so he can look at her, and she woke up because one of his servants dropped the coffin and she cought the apple out), and once they got married he only wanted her for her looks, so she runs away into the real world where she meets and falls in love with a girl. Also I want to change a bit in the fairytales, like evil queen would be a good ruler, or instead of little mermaid there would be a merman, cause it was inspired by impossible (at that time) gay love.

I wanted to create a story, set in a futuristic world so here's the main idea. In this world some people are born with magic. Years before a company created their "perfect world" with everyone fitting in. People were separated between normal, and with powers. Powers were seen as something incredible so the people with it were respected. And for most people that was it. But it was kept a secret that there was another group, locked away- the ones who didn't fit the image of the perfect world - not enough clean, motivated, sociable etc. (Mostly neurodivirgents) They were cast out, but no one - even leaders after the first one - knew about that. After a while the cast outs had enough, and escaped to create their own group - the rebellion. They wanted to embrace the things others saw as flaws, and have actually working society. They were still not perfect though. For them everyone fitting in with people from "perfect world" should be with them. Especially people with powers. After all they were treated like royalty there. So the ones who didn't want to be in either of those groups decided to create another one - they didn't really have similar attributes or goals, didn't want to listen to people in charge, they wanted to do whatever they want, including but not limited to murder, stealing etc. The story takes place after the groups already formed, with three main characters, each from different side, all of them believing they are not the bad ones.
Zander - son of the current leader of the perfect world, book smart, does not know why other groups were created, but believes they are bad and is gonna protect his people
Haze - has ADHD, in the rebellion, people smart, goes on missions to fight other groups as a job
Esther - has powers, grew up in the rebellion, but did not want to be controlled so left (also they did not want her there), strategic thinking, believes they're fighting fire with fire
And for some reason whenever they go on a mission they meet each other, all of them believing the others are on the wrong side. When Haze and Esther find out Zander is the future leader they decide to talk to him, to try to create a better future for their groups. And during the talk they get to see the bad sides of their groups. And decide to create their own...

So my mom's favorite characters are Bailey and John, and at some point of me originally watching I told her my favorite couple breaks up (my bad). She knows I love them as a couple, and doesn't know that Tim and Lucy are gonna be dating, so now she thinks John and Bailey will break up...
