Meet Cinnamon Have you considered the many benefits and uses for Cinnamon?… There is definitely more to it than flavor. Skin…Have you considered adding cinnamon to your facemask? Cinnamon has anti-fungal, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties which aid with cleansing the skin and preventing acne. I also helps support healthy blood flow to the skin aiding with balancing oily and dry areas. This increased blood also helps scars fade and evens skin tone. Health… Cinnamon has historically been used to help fight off and preventing colds, decrease inflammation, regulate blood sugars by aiding with insulin resistance (not to be used as insulin replacement), improve brain function, help prevent blood clots and improve cardiac health, and aid with digestion.
