Maybe not directly stated, but most of my teachers, especially the PE/Gym teachers would force me to do the exercises and games if I ever tried to sit or stand in place for a moment, and of course, having either no pockets, bags, or being stuck in uniforms, I couldn't keep my inhaler on my person without looking awkward or desperate, so yeah. I think I've had maybe two or three teachers that let me sit out after I participated a bit. [Granted, two or three isn't much in the long run of going between 7 or 8 schools by the time I was in 8th grade (third year of secondary school for non-americans i believe.]

I personally use a sports bra without a clasp or pads, however rn I am using a sports bra without pads but with a clasp because of a convention I went to today.

It all depends on the person! I don't wear bras with pads because I already have a big bust but they pronounce it more.
