My favorite thing is when a character stares noble idiocy in the face and says, "no, I don't think we'll be doing that today." So obviously, my favorite scene in this episode was Mut calmly listening to Rak end things, confirming he is released from the contract and doesn't have to obey him anymore, and then proceeding to ignore him, beat the shit out of his dad, and show Rak just how little power over them that man actually has. 10/10, no notes, character moment of all time.

You know what :D I finished another chapter today. It is pretty small but it was important and I even have an idea for what I want to write in the next one and where I want to get this work overall. I hadn’t had any idea where I was going with it prior to like yesterday. And yeah, now it is not like I have a solid plan but I do have a solid idea. And also motivation to write. (Finally). This feels nice 🫠
