I just edit a little story I wrote a month ago with the help of a writing prompt.
The Frog and the Well
There was a legend about the well in the garden. The legend was that over two hundred years ago a frog lived in that well. One day the frog was hopping along a lonely path. Then came along a man in rich clothing. He stumbled across the frog. With an evil smile he raised his foot and stomped on the frog. Then he walked away laughing. The frog not yet dead crawled to get back to his well. As he crawled another man saw the frog and picked him up. “What can I do, little frog?” The frog croaked. “Take me back to my well.” The man did, he took the frog to the well. Before he put the frog in the well, he gave him a gift. “I give you the power to crush the one who did this to you.” Then he dropped the frog in the well. A few days later the man in rich clothing walked the same lonely path. He noticed a frog came hopping along. The man laughed and stepped forward, then the frog turned into a monster with many eyes, many sharp teeth, and very large feet. The Frog laughed and smashed the man into the ground. Then the frog went back to his well where he remains to this day..
I hope you guys like it
