I like all these couples, I definitely have a type, but there is something that makes me prefer Galadriel and Sauron, I think it is because I like Galadriel more as a female character, she is the most complex, but we have to be fair, she was written by Tolkien and adapted only by the writers of the series, another reason why I prefer Haladriel, is because I think Charlie and Morfydd have the best chemistry of all of them, but it is personal taste.
