The main thing I’ve learned about working out and the fitness industry, is staying consistent! Consistency is one of the most important things to have when you want to succeed. Without it, you would have many different outcomes that you don’t want. When I was younger, I was almost around 240 pounds. This was the biggest I’d ever been in my life, trying to play sports was a challenge itself. I decided to make a change! I worked out every day, was eating clean for a while and ended up weighing around 190, this weight was good because I was able to pass my military pt testing in the process while staying in the best shape of my life! Intermittent fasting works! You can take the 16 hours no eating, 8 hour eating window and do fasted cardio throughout your window and burn that fat right off your body! You could even do the 24 hour fast if you really wanted to. This is another way to cut some weight as long as you don’t break it. Muscle loss doesn’t happen until 48 hours without food. It’s completely safe to do because you are still eating the same amount of calories, just in a shorter time period. Like and comment if you learned something!
