day 12
i did not count my calories yesterday but it was pretty much just coffee and a few snacks because i was busy going around.
christmas is near, and i’m excited to have our company’s christmas break so i can draw more.
i just woke up and haven’t had anything, but i’m thinking of skipping coffee today….. maybe..
any tofu recipe ideas?

i wasn't able to do my morning workout because i have been very busy, so I'm taking it light when it comes to my meals today.

i didn't do my morning workout today, but we did a general house cleaning and i am about to take an evening walk with a friend.

day 8!!
i didn't do my morning exercise today because i was so sleepy and I'm not feeling well, emotionally-wise so i think i will be eating less today and probably just take a walk.
if i manage to fix my problem today, however, then I'll do a 30-minute workout.
i made a simple meal, though!

i cooked a simple tofu soup with vegetables. also had a morning black coffee and i'm having an iced oolong tea right now.
not sure what else to cook with the tofu because i bought a lot.

i did dance workout today because i don't feel like doing any heavy workouts, but it was nice. i sweat a lot, and hopefully, i could do heavy workouts again!!
