Definitely doing this this month. There’ll be a few days where I’ll be on vacation so this’ll be on pause until I come back. It’s just have to be 30 day total, right? Not 30 day straight. 
I’ll also be posting any exercise I’ve done for the day with this. Or not done. But hopefully done. Come on, I can do this!

Hello I’m back! It’s been a while. Truthfully I don’t use this journal much except to track my exercise and weight, and, uh, I’ve been seriously slacking off on exercising. So it’s been pretty empty. I also occasionally put in horoscopes, but again, been slacking off on it. Oh well.
But that will change today! I have two weddings coming up in the next couple of months and boy, the fact that I had to go out and buy all new dresses is a huge wake-up call. The dresses are good, and I look good, but I had beautiful dresses before and none fit now (or look ridiculous as I bulge fat everywhere!), and I’m not down with that. So this blog would be a good way to kick myself into gear once again. I’ve been making myself exercise since the beginning of this week, but I want to officially start on the 1st of the month - a nice beginning and all. And here I am.
I will post a more entries later because I want to kind of take the thinspo challenge (again, no eating disorder, don’t want one, but it motivates me and whatever works) just to kick my butt into gear. I’ve been eating less, but my diet had never been the issues. It has always been my sedentary lifestyle and my laziness and lack of exercise. That I can definitely do more in.
So yep, glad to be back. hopefully back for good.

I found a better horoscope site. It’s more succinct and fun. I think I’m going to use this from now on.
I don’t know why I suddenly got into horoscopes. It’s a good motivator, and makes me happy. I guess that’s all that matters, really.

Maybe it’s a good idea to have a daily weigh-in for my bullet journal? I’ve been slacking on exercising mostly because I’ve been sick this past week. I’m supposed to weigh in every week to motivate myself, but because I know I’ve been bad (haven’t been overeating, just not exercising much), I’m terrified of the scale. So I’ve not been weighing myself. If I put a daily weigh-in (or every other day) on my bullet journal then I’m forced to write down a number frequently, and then I’ll feel bad about being so fat, and then that’ll motivate me to actually exercise despite not feeling 100%.
I’ll have to go look for cute bullet journal layouts for weight loss. Goal!

Yesterday I exercised. Fuck. I hurt so much! I couldn’t climb the stairs for the later part of the night since my legs were cramping me up per step.
Today I rest. 
Tomorrow, I do it again.

I have the day off so I’m actually going to properly exercise today. Stretching and biking, for roughly an hour total. I’ve been putting this off for way too long.
Hopefully this’ll kickstart the habit and I’ll exercise regularly. Boy do I need to lose some weight and gain some muscle back.

I’m thinking of start posting some horoscopes of myself on this blog. A motivational kind of thing, you know, some over all guidance for the day just so I can feel like I want to get out of bed and do what I’m supposed to do. Be it work, exercise, anything. I haven’t decided if I want to go with the sun sign or the moon sign yet, because mine are different. I’m not sure I can find that many daily horoscope sites for motivation for moon signs, though. I actually have never heard of it until recently, and when I did it sounds more appealing, and probably applies more to my current situation that just general things about work and love and such.

Intro
This is my weight loss blog. 
I had some health issues and therefore, gained a lot of weight during recovery. Now none of my clothes fit. I’m not going to buy more clothes just because life throws me a curve ball, so I’m going to lose the weight.
I’m not going to count calories BUT I will cut out all junk food, soda, anything that’s not healthy in between meals. I usually eat two meals a day, with a super light breakfast some of the time (stuff like a cup of soy milk or a handful of cereal or such). I will try to eat healthy when I go out with friends to the movies or whatever. I will not fast, or binge, or cut my calories down to nothing. This isn’t a pro-ED or anything harmful blog. 
I will try really, really hard to exercise more. Or exercise, period. I’m a busy gal and sometimes you just don’t have the time, you know? I’m also super out of shape because of the said recovery - muscles go away if you’ve been bedridden for like months, yeah? So yeah, gotta start that for real. I will try very hard to keep up.
With that said, I will reblog some thinspiration things, because they do motivate me to do better. So some of my contents will have thinspo tags. But I do not, I repeat, I do NOT support anorexia or bulimia or anything. This is just my personal tracking of weight loss, not starvation. 
If you want to follow me I’ll follow back. If not, don’t. Please don’t start drama or report me or whatever. I’ll just report and block you. On the other hand, if you want mutual motivation for weight loss, I’ll be here.
