Portrait gift for a friend The Great Kentaro Miura sensei(1966-2021), the author of the outstanding story Berserk(1989-2021) with its highly detailed and immersive artwork and stunning story line with great character development that ended up inspiring works like the Dark Souls franchise, Bloodborne, Caim in the Drakengard Series by Yoko Taro, Cloud and Sephiroth(Guts and Griffith visually atleast) from Final Fantasy, Dante and the Red Orbs(Beheliths) from Devil May Cry, passed away on May 6th 2021. If souls exist, may his rest in peace. He continues to inspire others while he lives on in our hearts. Hopefully some good studio decides to completely animate his work. A proper artwork dedicated to Miura's work is on its way but will take some time(Like good 2D animations which hopefully someone makes, 1997 series and the movie trilogy but continued past the Golden-Age arc). He will be remembered.
