As #associateproducer #wardrobestylist and #hairandmakeup #stylist I am grateful for the tireless efforts of our entire #team in bringing this #film to fruition. As #assistantproducer @joalwaysatwork, myself and @ms_lva approach final stages of pre-production, I am honored to share our #filmmaking success with one of our first stops along this year’s film festival route as we join the #SanDiegoBlackFilmFestival, an annual affair that seeks to “preserve and promote African American & African Diaspora Cinema.” I’m thrilled to be a participant in one of the largest film festivals of the year. Past attendees have included #DannyGlover, #Jay Z, and #SpikeLee; these are just a few of the many #celebrities in attendance who descend upon the #festival yearly to show support for a variety of #films produced, directed and starring #talent from the African American community.
