The future The best way to predict the future is to create it. Our minds are so much more powerful than a lot of us realise. The power we have to create our own individual lives and paths is tremendous; as is the power of the Law of Attraction. Me and my fiancé meditate and manifest every single day. Since we've started doing this, the amount of opportunities/New friends/family bonds that have come our way is unreal. When I first moved away from my hometown to be with this magical man, I didn't know what to expect really. We spent the first few months is his beautifully welcoming family home, but we really wanted a place of our own so everyone could comfortably have their own space. We started manifesting a house, and in a few months, we got our very first flat together. We've been doing these meditations on a night and manifestations whenever we feel high vibrations. The amount of unconditional love, support and awe I feel towards you stretches beyond words. You are living proof that anyone can set out to be whatever they want to be. No one should ever have to live in fear of others opinions or judgements or small mindedness. You are a perfect example, my darling. With a new day comes new strengths, new thoughts, and a new understanding of love. Ever since I was 16 and I had my first love, I thought I knew exactly what love was. Little did I know, there are so many different types of love. I have only truly been in love once, and that is now. I still acknowledge the fact that I have been in love before, but it was a teenage love. It was more of a dependency and a longing to not be alone, for I always was. This new love has spread beyond the love I have for just my partner. You see, he has helped me beyond words to understand the true meaning of "You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else." Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Positivity is an essential aspect to optimism. For every negative thing that happens, try to extract a positive from it. This will change the way you view the whole situation, inevitably resulting in you taking hold of the reins. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Reactions are what prolong a situation or scenario. If you choose to react positively, no matter the circumstance, you are a lot more likely to solve the problem and receive good karma in the process. But remember, karma only comes to those who don't go looking for it. Be selfless. Be helpful. Be inspiring and motivational. Be loving and caring. Be generous. Be that person you sit there admiring from the other side of your phone. Stop letting other people's judgements, opinions, situations or circumstances mold and shape you. What truly makes you happy? What do you want to get from life? Did you know, that the only person in this world who can give that to you, is you? It took me a long time to realise this. I grew up in children's homes for the most part of my life, so I never really had true guidance or someone consistently there to tell me my rights from wrongs or guide me through the bad times and praise me through the good. I pretty much had to go through life learning from my own mistakes. In a way, I'm quite grateful for the life I've had, because it's made me the person I am today. Due to the upbringing I had, I started questioning from a very young age, "Why am I here on this earth?" I was a very troubled child, always getting into physical fights at school (with teachers as well as students), forever being suspended, never listening, but I was always highly intelligent, and there was one thing I absolutely loved more than anything; helping this little boy who was 4 years below me with his asbergers. I never really knew the concept of family when I was growing up; I never had that. I was an estranged child, but I was always drawn to those individuals who were "different". I like to think of them as extraordinarily unique and special. From that moment, I realised my purpose on this earth is to help those who find it a bit more difficult to help themselves. Sometimes I like to lay in the sun to contemplate my plans of action. I can't wait to start making an actual difference to this world. My whole childhood i was told I'd never make it. I was never going to be special, or remembered. I was going to die and no one would even know. So I know from experience how easy it can be to feel discouraged and negative about future and upcoming endeavours if you feel like you have done nothing but failed all the past ones, but sometimes, this is may well be the fuel you needed to ignite the fire of success inside of you all along. If there were an easy path to success then everyone would take it, and it wouldn’t be so in demand. Failing and learning to deal with discouragement in a healthy and productive way is a sort of litmus test for successful people. So if life ever gets you down, and you don’t feel like you can succeed at what you’re currently doing, remember that this can be a turning point in your eventual success story. My whole life I had to listen to people tell me I'm ugly, I'm anorexic, I'm obese, nobody likes me, when in actual fact, they were all simply jealous. I never saw myself as pretty anyway so I let it eat away at me to the point where I was too scared to leave my own home. I'd see beautiful girls all around me and I'd think to myself, "why can't I just look like that?" I used to hate the fact i was of colour. I used to wish so hard that i was white. Until one day I realised, everyone is beautiful in their own unique way. Beauty doesn't just simply shine on the outside; it also has to come from within.
