Kramer screams NO! * $ Er video of Laugh Factory
People loved him as Kramer in Seinfeld. Some even remember Cosmo Kramer way back when he was still a skinny young and likeable actor known only as Michael Richards (Kramer and no, yes, I'm on the trip SEO) Friday comedy show, where in the videos BattleBoy he raced trucks in the mud like a 9-year ... uh ... BattleBoy. But new video of the beloved Kramer would yell "* n! st * $ * n st * $ n *! $ * er! two black men who allegedly heckled Kramer Laugh Factory in West Hollywood last Friday has resurfaced, leaving fans scratching their heads Kramer. The controversial "Kramer * n! $ * Er video "released today is one minute video of Richards 2:47 to lose as he goes on the two men in black. "- The fork-tion of your a - Fifty years ago we'd have you upside down with af," Kramer screams of men in black in the video as some members of the public are heard laughing. Then, Richards launched into a tirade uncomfortable. "This is a * n $ * Er! "Richards shouted. "This is a * n $ * Er! It is a * n $ * Er! "" Oh my God, "an unidentified woman in the video can be heard gasping in shock. "Look, there's a * n $ * Er! "Michael continued. "This has been moved," one of the replicas black men, returning a few curse words of his own before leaving the room. "You guys keep talking and talking. I do not know, I do not know, I do not know, "said Michael next fearless. "... Stop me ... to call a black man with a *! $ * Er? Cracker Boy ... White, "a black man rebound in the dark, shaky video. "Wait a minute ... Where is it going? You make me a pirate? * You n! $ * Er! You threaten me? "Richards asked, mocking the men leaving with:" We got it "" You're not just funny. That's why you're rejected. You never had no movies! "The man yelled at Kramer, adding:" ... Seinfeld, that's all! "" I guess you got me there. I'm just a rejection. I'm just washing up ... "Kramer sulked with animation. "This is what happens when you stop." "We should go," a nervous audience member can be heard male, as members of the crowd rising to leave, apparently fearing danger in the form of armed violence broke out. "There are still those words, words, words ..." Kramer said, quite fit. "Everybody goes away?" An unidentified woman asked. "Everything is beautiful ..." someone said as the host on stage and said the words that Michael Richards will undoubtedly (hopefully) decide in a few minutes to come ". Sorry "battle"

Brazilian wandering spider found in banana Supermarket
According to Fox News, a Brazilian wandering spider found in bananas in a Whole Foods in Oklahoma. Bananas imported from Honduras and a banana plant employee managed to capture the spider in a plastic container.Fortunately, the employee was lucky not bitten by a poisonous spider known to mankind. It is unknown if there is even a source of venom in Oklahoma that has kept the spider catcher. What a surprise an unsuspecting customer would have received if the Brazilian wandering spider decided to strike. These spiders are poisonous spiders, aggressive and fast in the world. The spider is called a "wandering" spider because it is set in a web, but wanders the forests of southern Brazil America. These wandering spiders are also called banana spider, as often found in banana exporting ships. Baby Banana spiders eat fruit flies and small crickets while adults feed on large insects, small mice and lizards. As an adult, these Brazilian wandering spiders are about four to five inches length.Brazilian wandering spiders have hairy bodies and legs lengthened. They also have the usual eight eyes of most spiders. His appearance is even more scary devilish red jaws. You know you're in trouble if their jaws are red because the color is seen only when the spider is that people think angry. Most Tarantulas are dangerous, but it is a misconception. People should be more afraid of the Brazilian wandering spider because it will attack humans, but most people have never heard of them. The spider was hiding in dark corners, shoes, and clothing. When someone comes to hiding the spider bite. The wandering spider bites can range from a pinprick to a dangerous poison attack. The bite is definitely life-threatening and must have immediate medical attention. Not only is a bit dangerous, but is considered one of the most terrible bites a victim may receive. The concentrated venom is composed of serotonin. These spiders bite more frequently than any other known spiders. So, the next time you're shopping for bananas, keep your eyes peeled for a furry, fast, red mouth, long-legged, four-inch arachnid. You could save and terrible, vile death by poisonous Brazilian wandering spider! Not something you care about what's in the produce aisle of Foods.Sources Total: http://www.animalcorner.co.uk/venanimals/ven_spidbrazwand.html

The United States Food Production System Effects on Environment
Many aspects of the current system of food production in the United States are harmful to the environment. Using animals for food, they consume a lot of resources in the most expeditious means. The production of some crops require a large amount of pesticides and pesticides cause environmental damage. Genetic engineering can also have harmful effects on the environment. Unfortunately, it appears that current methods of food production are damaging the environment for future generations. A system of food production for a diet that is so focused on animals using many more resources. For example, it takes more water to produce one pound of beef than it does to produce a pound of beans, vegetables or fruit. According to research by John Robbins takes 23 gallons of water to produce one pound of lettuce, 25 gallons of water to produce one pound of wheat, 49 gallons of water to produce one pound of apples, 815 gallons of water to produce one pound of chicken, and a whopping 5,214 gallons of water to produce one pound of beef. At this rate, aquifers are being depleted rapidly. However, many people try to keep their water at home. However, water conservation efforts of individuals have a small bump that in comparison, "you can save more water by not eating a kilo of beef than you would by not showering for six whole months." Grazing can also contribute to the depletion of land if the land is overgrazed. With plants and grasses are gone, the soil is bare and their nutrients are easily washed. Resources that could have been used for humans are used for animals. Most of the crops cultivated today are fed to the animals that will soon be our food. The food production system could be safer for the environment if people ate more plant-centered diet. Pesticide use in agriculture many today also environmentally friendly. Many of these pesticides contaminate the water supply. The residues of these pesticides may end up in predator through biomagnification. Part of the solution is to find ways to use less pesticides. However, it is also important to realize that many farmers oppose any risk that insects could take care of their crops. In another part of that solution is then to find safer pesticides for use on crops. We need to develop pesticides that are not harmful to predators or people who can consume the pesticide residues. Regulation in the development of new pesticides have created "a serious slowdown in the development of these types of pest control tools that both environmentalists and farmers have loved most." The new and safer pesticides take so long to approve it is often easier to continue to use more dangerous chemicals. Testing procedures involved also require a large amount of money. Making it difficult for safer chemicals to come to the market results in the continued use of more harmful chemicals into the environment. Your continued use of pesticides in our current way can have many adverse effects on the environment. There is some potential for genetically engineered crops harm the environment too. GM food can spread their genes altered in wild varieties of the same plant. According to an article in Scientific American "U.S. logistics landscape, it is unlikely that herbicide-tolerant crops or Bt genes will spread their GM. "However, there have been cases of GM crops spreading their genes to the plants from traditional varieties. These GM crops can contaminate organic crops by cross pollination. However, instead of apologizing to farmers for the destruction of valuable organic crops, "Monsanto has sued farmers whose crops have been contaminated by cross pollination, accusing [. . .] By stealing a patented product. "Since we know that these genes can be transferred to other crops of the original variety, it is reasonable to assume that if these crops are planted close to the wild soon transgenic DNA can be found in them. This could be a bad thing if these varieties were a failure. Once genetically modified plants have been introduced, there is no way to take back. It is important first to make these plants are not only safe, but effective. If plants are made to resist insects, must stand the test of time. Later insects can become resistant to these crops and genetically modified crops original plants were contaminated all be vulnerable. Without more testing and time it is difficult to know what damage we are doing to our environment with genetically modified crops. The current system of food production in the United States could hardly be considered safe for the environment. With some changes, it is possible that we can move towards a safer and more sustainable. We must work towards the conservation of resources in agriculture. A change in the American diet may be necessary to preserve our existing resources. The reduced dependence on pesticides would also benefit the environment. At a minimum, we need to change the use of less harmful pesticides. The harmful effects of genetically modified organisms should be investigated further before introducing new variants for many species in our environment. Without changing our ways, we are only going to harm the environment even more. Changes in our food production system could greatly benefit the environment.

Second Grade Lesson Project Simple Machines
Our school has as its simple machines curriculum second grade. There are plenty of books to primary simple machines. You could start with Simple Machines by Deborah Hodge. Read about a different team every day for a week or more until the students have an idea of what a simple machine does. That is to brainstorm ideas easier. Then work in the forum about different machines and how to make our life easier. Have students draw pictures of the best machines that help. There is also a program that has a lesson www.brainpop.com impressive in simple machines. There are tutorials and games and all sorts of things to teach students in a fun way. After few weeks to help students become familiar with the topic, send a note home to parents asking recycled "stuff" for classroom use. Explain that you are going to an amusement park containing children machines.Have simple design and draw a sample of their rides and have them write an article describing how it works. Can work together or decide to endorse all the materials individually. After arrived from his home, they can start collecting the parts they need to make your trip. Some things you can choose are rolls of paper towels, wool, egg cartons or Styrofoam containers. We had some great material from Michaels craft store. We had people some foam to fit in his walks and flowers and cars to decorate the park. After walks over, give them a name and a display in the library for one week to the other classes can enjoy them too.Now bring some newspapers and teach students about logos and publicity stunts. After a couple of days to go on these ads on your time so they can design their posters to the rides. Remind them to use tricks to get people to come to their rides. Some examples are 5 tickets for $ 1 or Child Free By going with an adult. Can reach some very interesting ideas.NOW children fill out an evaluation of saying the name of your trip, what kind of simple machine or machines that are made and how they work. This will become a class presentation. Then the last thing to do is finish the second page of the evaluation that tells you how to believe he did with his project. It is really a fun way for students to learn about simple machines and what they do.

Maxim Unsexiest List: Kathy Bates is sexier than Sarah Jessica Parker, as the world's worst Magazine
Maxim - the high-quality magazine for men of taste and culture - has recently added another brick to the great wall of rough, radical journalism. No, not the groundbreaking "Best beard All Time" feature, I'm talking about Sarah Jessica Parker (you know, that a safe and perfectly decent actress who has not really been known for "Unsexiest List." A few years now) topped the list. It was a fitting sense choice for a pointless and unfunny list.Sarah Jessica Parker said it all snatched away, "she chooses to believe in the" sticks and stones' philosophy. Good for you, SJP.Joining Sarah Jessica Parker on Maxim's Unsexiest list was Amy Winehouse and (dramatic pause) "Britney Spears. Let me be the first to say, OMG! Someone makes fun of and / or criticize Britney Spears! It is so cool, bold and / or edgy! (One time I tried to read Maxim and watch TMZ at the same time, but then I immediately died from an overdose of entertainment and excitement.) To clarify, I do not think Sarah Jessica Parker is super sexy. I do not think a lot of people do, honestly. But I do not think she's ugly or grossly UN-sexy, either. I do not think she goes around talking about how sexy she is or tries to portray himself as a sex goddess. "Sex and the City" was a show about women ... who have sex ... in a city. The company never claimed to be a notion of the sexiest women alive. (Okay, I made that last part up because I do not know anything about the show. I've never actually seen the "Sex in the City," because I'm not a fat, borderline-functional, Xanax-gobbling, upper middle class housewife.) I guess I really just do not understand the point of Maxim Unsexiest List. I guess they needed something to fill the pages of airbrushed pictorials of insipid drunkorexic skanks and articles on Rambo. Still, I think they missed the boat with the help of an opportunity to pick on Sarah Jessica Parker. Here are five chicks I think would have been much better suited to Maxim Unsexiest List than SJP. (As far as I can determine, the criteria for Maxim's list of "women who are," so they are the only prerequisites for my list, too.) 1. Kathy Bates. Well, Kathy Bates definitely not a classic beauty. "Nor is she" hot "," sweet "or" babealicious "in some sense. In short, I do not want to lick Kathy Bates. And yet, the losers at the Maxim apparently thinks that she way sexier than Sarah Jessica Parker. It is gross.2. Condoleezza Rice. Between Martial, teeth, jaws and uneven skin tone, the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to be regarded as less sexy than Sarah Jessica Parker by someone's standards. (Except for the standards of gross weirdos on Maxim.) 3. Kate Hudson. Haha, I'm kidding. I just wanted to make sure that you pay attention.4. Britney Spears. Okay, okay, I can admit to Maxim got this one right. There is really no denying that Britney Spears is disgusting.5. Your mom. Get it? I'm edgy and in-your-face as Maxim.

Believe you receive
God has made great efforts to redeem us from Satan and eternal death, and give us eternal life. The least we can do is take the time to learn to receive these very great and precious promises. 2 Peter 1:4. who were given promises for the largest and most valuable, as they will be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. These promises were given freely, but we have a responsibility to learn to receive and walk. They just did not fall on us. The Word of God says without faith it is impossible to please him. Hebrews 11:6 And without faith it is impossible to please him, for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that He rewards those who seek him. So, without faith it is not pleasing to God, but on the other side of the coin so to speak, with faith anything is possible. Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him: If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. Of course, this speaks of divine things. This must be our first step, to come to the knowledge and understanding of our heritage. Jesus said in Mark's Gospel ... Mark 11:23-25. and verily I say unto you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and thrown into the sea, and no doubt in his heart but believes that what he says happens, he will have whatever he says . Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. And when ye stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, as your heavenly Father will also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses. Jesus gave us an insight to believe and receive in this section of Scripture. It would be to our advantage to take note of what he said. His words are the words of life. Then look at this Scripture and see the truth to be communicated here. Firstly, the first thing he said to do is talk about this mountain. We all have mountains in our life that seem insurmountable, Jesus said to talk to them. You'll notice he did not say to believe that you have them. He believed that you receive, you will have them. You should receive the promise by faith first. Then you will see the event. Many people believe they have seen an outbreak in order to have faith, but that's not what Jesus said. Believe that you receive them, then and only then you will have them. There is a difference in believing that you receive and believe you. I think this is a big stumbling block in the body of Christ and many have fallen short of God's promises never realize when they failed. I know there are a lot of teaching on the theme of faith in this day later. Some people have got wrong and out of balance in their teaching, and many have taken things out of context and out of balance in their belief. But the Word of God is always true and there are certain spiritual truths that we all know and understand in order to walk the walk of faith. Try to stay in the middle of the road in what we believe and we will be ok. I would like to take a look at the woman with the issue of blood. There is a very important spiritual truth taught here that we can learn from. I use this scripture very often because it is a good example of someone who receives by faith. Mark 5:25-34. Now a certain woman of a stream of blood twelve years, and suffered many things of many physicians. She had spent everything she had and was no better but rather grew worse. When she heard about Jesus, she came from behind in the crowd and touched his garment, for she said, If I only touch his garment, I shall be healed. Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that power had gone out of him, turned around in the crowd and said, Who touched my clothes? But his disciples said to him: You see the crowd thronging You, and you say, Who touched me? And He looked around to see who had done it. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened, came and knelt before him and told him the whole truth. And He said to her: Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction. She said if I only touch his garment, I shall be healed. She told the witness that she would be healed if she touched. It was the first thing she does, she says. There are 2 parts in everything that we receive from God, that God plays the part and the part we play. God never fails to do its part if we are doing our part, we can be sure of an answer and the victory. The Word of God says in the book of Proverbs ... Proverbs 6:02 you are trapped by the words of your mouth, you're caught by the words of thy mouth. We need to start reporting a heart full of faith that God's promises are true. The victory is ours in Jesus Christ. The second thing that happened is that she acted on what she had already spoken of his mouth by faith. She did and touched the hem of his garment. We do not have Jesus in the physical sense that this lady had, yet we have great promise to stand. We can count on the Word of God to be true and faithful. It is our actions that defeat us or put us over. After she had acted on what she said, she then received the manifestation of her healing, she felt in her body that she was cured. It always happens that way. Feeling and healing following the entry and do it. She first said she came for her second, then and only then, she has received and felt in her body that she was healed. Then Jesus said to him ... Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction. Jesus did not say his faith, but faith is what makes it even. Since Jesus said it was his faith, not faith, but faith which made him all her sorrow that we should take note and understand our role in things. The last thing that happened was she said. She came and prostrated themselves before him and told him the whole truth. She told it all she was healed, and God was glorified. Many people say it's being presumptuous, and we have no right to say anything God. I would say to that, we do not say anything to God, he has not already said in His word to say. We are online these words with his words. We will never succeed if we do not! We do not give the orders of God, He gave us orders and we just follow his instructions. We are not asking anything of God, we demand the devil. We are demanding he take his hands off the property of God in Jesus' name, according to the Word of God. It would be presumptuous if we tried to cajole God into something based on our own desires or whims not aligned with what he has said in His Word. We must do what the woman with the issue of blood did. Tell him to act on it, believe you receive it, and tell him. This is just one example of this type of faith in the Bible. We see many examples of people who receive God in this way. I would encourage you to find God's promises for your car. Then begin to meditate until they become real, and faith arises in your heart. Remember the promises God gave to Joshua ... Joshua 1:7-9. Be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded thee, thou shalt not depart from it in the right hand or left, that ye may prosper wherever you go. This book of the Law depart from your mouth, but you meditate day and night, you can observe to do according to all that is written. For then you make your way prosperous and then you have a good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Word To place God first in your life, and start acting like what he says is true. Praise be to God, he is, but you never know unless you ... speak it, do it, believe you receive it, you say. Putting God to the test and you will see he is faithful and just. If you want to be sure you are a child of God, then I invite you to pray this prayer with fervor. Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in Jesus name. Your word says, "... and whoever comes to Me I will by no means cast out. "(Jn.6: 37), I know you do not reject me, but You take me, and I thank you. You said in your Word, "whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.''(Romans 10:13). I am appealing to you, I know you have saved me now, You also said, "... that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For the heart one believes to righteousness, and in the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Ro.10: 9.10). I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He rose from the dead for my justification. And I confess now that my Lord, Your Word says, "... with the heart believes in justice ... "and I believe with all my heart, I now have the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:21), And I am saved! Thank you, Lord! I can now say with all sincerity, I see myself as a born again child of God! Glory to God! Amen.

How Science led me away from, then back to God
Having just written an article on creationism / intelligent design and its inconsistency with evolutionary theory, I believe that the science camp will feel let down after reading my current article. And yet I find no conflict with my scientific outlook on life and my growing spirituality as I move forward into the third decade of my life. In fact, I found out that my growing spiritual background allows me to better understand, almost intuitively, different aspects of biology, chemistry and physics. Furthermore, even if I carry out experiments to test my "hunches", in many cases, premonitions actually turn out to be true, thanks only to my previous meditation (intentionally?) On Infinite.I not advocating any particular god / its or religion in this article. And while many of my colleagues will forever shun me after reading this clip, I would like to at least provide a bit of personal background first and then give some argument for why belief in something beyond ourselves in not only possible but highly probable. First my background. Having run out (and I mean that in every sense) of a very religious, Catholic family, I went off to get my bachelor's degree in microbiology, and then my Ph.D. in genetics. There were two driving forces here: first, to use my training as a convenient excuse to distance myself, as much as possible, from the hallowed comments from all my family members. And second, having learned about such things as the Miller-Urey experiment (in a nutshell, the discovery that the chemicals could form the building blocks of life) to finally prove that science could in fact answer all our questions about this universe. Not took a lot of me away from these two driving forces in earning my bachelor's degree. But when I started the doctoral degree, something started to change. Perhaps that is why, when I was halfway through my dissertation, I had pretty much learned all there was to learn in science. Everything was yet unknown land, and it would be up to me to discover these hidden truths. Someone might argue that the uncertainty that I now face brought me straight back to where our ancestors once had been, not knowing the reasons for the tides or the seasons, and thus inventing stories about gods who did such things happen. This may be true because, the more I sifted through the information we maintain that they have on biological phenomena, the less I actually found. If anything, the more I learned, the more I realized how little we really know about the world in which we live. Yes, we have made progress in the determination of certain physical and chemical laws, and we have strong theories about things like evolution and the theory of special relativity. But what about the big questions, such as: What is our purpose here? Why life, and reproduction of life, if all life ends in oblivion? And furthermore, what was the driving force for all this (us, matter, universe) to start? Another great source of inspiration for my change of heart was on quantum mechanics. The more I delved into the theories of probability, chaos theory, and Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, the more I came to understand that we were just starting to scratch the surface of what is defined as reality. To give one small example, is the quantum theory, entanglement, or "scary action at a distance" that Einstein coined the term. In essence, the subatomic particles that are paired opposite spin pair-mates. When a subatomic particle is spinning clockwise, the other will spin clockwise (and vice versa). Even when separated by large distances (this has been tried now for 600 yards), the particle is spinning counter-clockwise spin counterclockwise continue as long as its partner is spinning clockwise. If one should act upon it clockwise particle, changing its spin, its partners now turn its spin and go clockwise. This happens even though no connection medium / energy between two particles, because the term "spooky action at a distance" was born. Reverse function of spin going on immediately, without any kind of energy that is transferred from one particle to other. But it gets weirder. The two subatomic particles, although the "predicted" opposite spins, can not be accurately predicted for either spin until it is actually measured by an observer. Until the measurements, are either particle as a kind of quasi-duality, spinning both clockwise and counter-productive. It takes the act of observation that the particle "to be" a spin or the other. The "becoming" is immediate, much like the spin-reversal particles.Looking at this from a metaphysical level, one can say that our own consciousness affect our reality, making it become a reality or another. Moreover, at some deep, incomprehensible level, we are all connected to each other, with all our actions have deep, incomprehensible consequences for the rest of reality, and at each other.Interestingly, if you look at the teachings of Sunyata (Sanskrit for emptiness) Buddhism; one finds that the basic principles of quantum mechanics were on site almost 2500 years before they were "discovered" by Einstein and his ilk. Sunyata Buddhism teaches that the issue is entirely without defining quality or essence. Reality is always in a state of constant change, and perhaps the only "constant" is change itself. Continuity is created by the memory of the observer, which aims to establish definitions of reality, to categorize it, to make it "clean and tidy". Taoist teachings also make some interesting remarks about quantum reality, with statements like: "The way to be is non-being, is the way action for failure" and "The Tao ... covers the entire universe. And though its meshes are large, do not let a thing slip through. "Go back a few points, physicists say that the instantaneous spin-turnaround and" will "is impossible because of both phenomena counteract the absolute speed of light (probably nothing in the known universe can travel faster than light speed). But if no energy is transmitted, the speed of light is not broken. Can anything be to get transferred, which would not apply to the electromagnetic energy called light? Some researchers call this "something" information. If reality is what we make of it, and if we are all somehow connected, it is so far of a stretch to assume that our mysterious affinity, and our mastery of reality, are both products of an unknown informative field called God ? In addition to my own responsibilities, now has biology been able to explain many unknowns. We are still left with three puzzles: 1. In 1953, carried the Stanley L. Miller and Harold Urey C. what would become known as the Miller-Urey experiment. With gases such as methane (CH4), ammonia (NH3), hydrogen (H2) and water (H2O), Miller and Urey ran a continuous electric current through the mixture to simulate lightning is believed to occur frequently on the early Earth. At the end of a week, Miller noted that 10-15% of carbon was now in the form of organic compounds. Two percent of the carbon had formed some amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Thus, Miller and Urey showed that organic compounds such as amino acids, which are essential for cellular life could be made simply on the conditions that are believed to be on the early Earth. This finding inspired Juan Oro to find that amino acids could be made from hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and ammonia in water solution. He also found that his experiment produced nucleotide base adenine, and adenine is one of the four bases in RNA and DNA. There is also a part of adenosine triphosphate or ATP, a large energy release molecules in cells. Subsequent experiments showed that the other RNA and DNA bases can also be synthesized using this chemistry. And yet, despite the enormous importance of these experiments, we are still left with the fundamental question: Why would simple atoms, molecules at all? Why would simple inorganic compounds are trying to coalesce, and become "organic" building blocks of life? More recently, Carl Woese, a microbiologist, was known in his theory of cellular evolution, which states that the basic organic components such as lipids, amino acids and carbohydrates came together to form organized structures called cells. Carl has proposed a new theory of cellular evolution and its mechanisms. Nevertheless, we are still left with the question, again, of what would drive organic compounds that merge to form cells at all? We go further, cells form even larger structures, called organs. Body form even larger structures, called organ systems. And organ systems form organisms, such as you and I, your dog, fleas on your dog, and so on. Still, why did this ever-increasing organizational systems developed in the first place? And why not continue to develop and evolve? In essence, becomes issue # 1: Why would life be more organized and complex 2?. Not only does life seem to grow more complex, designed to perpetuate this complexity through the mechanism of reproduction. Copying can be done in several ways, such as asexual (as when the plants produce shoots and buds that can break off and replanted) and sexually (involving preshuffling of genes, so that, after fertilization, the new organism is different from either parent and not a clone). On the cellular level, the reproduction made by "hijacking" of the cell's internal machinery, and to use machines to make new copies of the invading organism, as is the case for many viruses such as HIV. Even more odd, reproduction can occur by infectious protein particles called prions, which do not contain genetic material itself, but somehow the "catalyzing" other neighboring states proteins to become like them. Despite everything we've learned about reproduction, but we get to return to the same modus operandi, and question # 2: Why? Why should living things, from organisms, down to the cells, down to simple molecules, designed to reproduce, go to their increased organization and complexity? 3rd My last question will be the best answer. Why would the case, trying to become even more complicated, in order to reproduce itself, and this increased complexity, also be aware of his own self? Our human brains, for example, are considered the most complex systems on Earth. Have a certain level of biological complexity, with essentially outdone itself, lead to "crash" of consciousness? If a stone (to our knowledge) are not aware of itself, makes this condition is changing, now that we've placed a hundred or even thousand, stones together into some kind of system? Honestly, why would a stone may eventually need to know that there is a stone? Right now we have just what and how of life questionnaire. We have no idea at all about why. Maybe one day science will find the answers to even the why questions. Perhaps we will discover different physical and biological laws that will explain those currently incomprehensible phenomena complexity, reproduction, and consciousness. Or perhaps we will be able to adjust the scientific method, which is more than just our five senses to be the absolute judge of our reality. We have traveled a long way since the first natural philosophers arose, ask questions about the origin and laws of the universe. Interestingly, these were the first natural philosophers, priests and monks who never saw a contradiction between their faith and their love of learning. St. Francis de Sales claims that "learning is the eighth sacrament the priest." Perhaps more clearly than we saw these individuals affinity between God's manifestations and God, and "spooky action at a distance" power of God's Word on God's creation. What else but the quantum theory could explain the famous line from Genesis, when God said "Let there be light", and it was so sum up, I take a quote from Shakespeare's Hamlet? "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamed of in your philosophy. "Let us dream about, and let us imagine, these many more things and realities.

Reviews - Best Practices in Software Development
When done correctly, peer review is an important process that helps hospitals and their doctors to ensure a consistent and high quality patient care. Hospitals can identify physicians at risk, physicians can help improve the quality of care for patients. Why is this process so difficult? It's simple - the hospital's policy, the economic advantage and personalities. The current point system for medical examination, created by Congress in 1986 through HCQI legislation, intended to promote greater quality health care to the patient. Unfortunately, Congress did not foresee that hospital peer review actually puts physicians in an environment where political conflicts, economic and personality can make the process inefficient. Neither hospitals are expected to sanction doctors speak on behalf of patients regarding the quality of care concerns. In the hospital setting, peer review is considered an unpleasant task that is only one element of action for a busy medical staff and is easily pushed to the bottom of the list of priorities. Often, just not done. Why? The medical peer review committees or quality management are often in conflict of interest. They compete for the same limited geographical group of patients and professional recognition in a very narrow specialty. There may also be personality conflicts with the medical review, or pressure from their hospitals to not seriously consider a physician colleague who has the stature in the medical community. Tightly knit social relationships and professionals are in a hospital environment can lead to bias and reluctance to judge partners. This resistance tends to lead to unusually long delays in resolving critical issues of quality management. For the time is really a critical situation dealt with, the costs and risks to a hospital or group can be catastrophic. Reaction A breakdown in the system of hospital quality management can be very harmful. peer review may not be enough (and have) negative consequences for hospitals and hospital groups, such as lawsuits or negative publicity or high profile or multi-million dollar fines and Management shock or loss of investor confidence Damage or careers of physicians and practices or in the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) sanctions and the loss of accreditation review or state and federal agencies and other public organizations. These negative events, together with increasing consumer frustration with the health system, makes it increasingly imperative that hospitals pay much attention to quality management and adopt best practices wherever possible. Peer Review as a Risk Management Tool A peer review process well executed can avoid negative events, using best practices in risk management. The earlier a doctor performance problem is detected and treated, reducing costs and negative consequences for the hospital and doctor. Building effective peer review of scientific evidence and adherence to the intent of the law - to improve the quality of patient care - helping you to discover, highlight and address problems as quickly and efficiently. Issues relating to domestic policy, competence and personality conflicts should be considered when setting up a peer review committee. The minority interest in the Peer Review process more effective quality management is to use a "neutral" was also part of the commission itself of hospital peer review. This neutral party can review sensitive cases where there is a potential conflict of interest. Hospitals with the need for a case review would often have made the affiliated hospitals have sought or "as" specialists through personal connections. While this is an effective method to solve the problem, which has its own set of challenges: o How to quickly locate the right specialist? Or how do you convince to take time for peer review? O How long must you wait for it? Unless you have a well-developed and previous agreements with affiliates or physicians to conduct peer review can be costly and time consuming to fix it whenever necessary. IRO: a cost effective solution for the Hospital Peer Review Many hospitals today are turning to Independent Review Organizations (IRO) to assist in fixing the peer review process. An IRO serves as an objective third party can provide hospital peer reviews based on medical evidence and improve the fairness of the process for both doctors and the hospital. An IRO can match physicians with the right expertise to review sensitive cases effectively and reach an objective determination. Reviews are conducted by board-certified physicians in active practice, which is usually located in a different state that the physician being reviewed. Hospitals only pay for the medical examination time at hourly rates of default. Because these experts are already on board, the reviews can be completed in less time and at significantly lower cost. Peer reviews are performed in a standard format, and the typical turnaround time is less than 21 days. From IRO review thousands of cases every year, for instance, costs are kept to a minimum revision. An IRO can provide peer review of high priority and timely consideration it deserves - no affect hospital staff or to tarnish the reputation of a hospital. Using an IRO for objective peer review can be one of the best solutions to help hospitals back to the intent of the law - improving the quality of care for patients. An IRO may also help reduce costs, avoid costly litigation, improve the hospital's reputation and protect JCAHO certification. Review of the Best Practices In order to ensure an outcome based on the evidence for peer review, hospitals must consider the nine-step process: 1. Develop a culture of accountability within the hospital. 2. Ensure that the review process is well defined, understood, accepted and respected by all. 3. Beware of "sentinel events." Take the patterns of recurring problems or gathering attention of management in a timely manner. 4. Make sure that the questions asked during the process are accurate, and that responses are accurate and in particular the difficult issues associated with foundations and guidelines. 5. Make sure that every case of peer review is reviewed by a "how" specialist who is impartial and has no potential for conflict of interest to express an opinion. 6. Ensure that the peer review committee meets monthly and that the cases and the responses are distributed, reviewed and answered in a timely manner. 7. Make sure there is a review of each case after the entry medical issue has been received. 8. As far as possible, conduct all reviews in a non-accusatory and professional format. 9. Routinely send their most sensitive cases of peer review to the Independent Review Organization. Choosing the Right IRO IRO Selecting the right partner for the review of hospital peer can be as confusing as the process itself. Here are some simple questions to ask in the selection process: 1. URAC IRO Is it accredited? - There are dozens of companies offering health screening services. There are only a few that are actually accredited by the American Accreditation HealthCare Commission, also known as URAC. When you select an IRO with URAC accreditation, the hospital partner with standards-based organization can provide the quality and objectivity to the process of peer review. 2. What types of doctors on the staff of the IRO? - It is very important to work with an IRO to have doctors on staff trained to make quick decisions, which are certified by the board and still in active practice. 3. How deep is the specialty panel IRO? - The IRO considered must be able to provide the specialists needed in a time of | Terms |. Not only doctors should be in the same specialty, but also of the same type of institution. A heart specialist from Los Angeles can not be the doctor the right to review a case involving a hospital from rural Illinois. 4. What are the standard turn-around time? - The IRO selected should have a history of turning around quickly and accurately comments. Find out what the average response times are and what process of the IRO provides for expedited review. A standard of 21 days or less for hospital peer review should be the minimum. 5. How accessible are medical IRO? - IRO Many offer basic | Peer review services |. The best agents charged with the review, however, are really acting as partners to the commission of hospital peer review and be fully accessible to physicians under review. By becoming a part of the process, the IRO can actually act as neutral third parties and help maintain relationships between all parts intact. More information about the IRO can be found on the website of URAC in http://www.urac.org. About AllMed Healthcare Management Inc. Founded in 1995, AllMed is a URAC accredited Independent Review Organization (IRO), providing peer review services to groups leading hospitals and medical facilities throughout the country. 3 tips on how to make a girl laugh and fall for you
At first glance, this title may only confuse those who already think they know what laughing is and how to do it. What many do not realize is that there is a big difference between nonchalantly giggling at a stupid joke and thoroughly enjoy and take the time to really laugh during moments that are just too hysterical to pass. I would call this type of laughter, the kind of laughter that comes from deep down, a loud laugh. "The sound of such laughter is hard to describe, because each has its own unique laugh, but you know it when you hear it and you know it when you make it. Belly laughs start from the core and can shake your body as much as 15 minutes, but the effects of it stays with you and keep you happy all day. In our fast paced society, it is sometimes considered a waste of time to laugh. There are many reasons why people these days do not laugh as much as they used to. Some people are insecure about their habits laugh, or be afraid to look too childish, but it is the same, laughing is good for your health. Some people refrain from belly laugh because they are embarrassed by their laughter. I think it was my problem. My husband told me one day at the beginning of our marriage that he did not know what my laugh sounded like. At first I defended myself and reminded him of how many fun times we've shared, and some of the jokes I've laughed and talked. He agreed that we have had lots of funny times, but he could only remember what my weak laugh sounded like. He was right. For a long time, I was unsure of how my laughter sounded in the public and so I choked it. I was afraid that my voice would crack, or that I would snort if I laugh too hard. I felt uncomfortable when I laughed in public since I worried everyone else would hear my laugh and think it sounded awkward compared to all other perfect, beautiful laugh. What a ridiculous notion! When something is genuinely funny, we laugh, do not be worried about what other people think. Do you judge other people based on the quality or quantity of their laughter? Probably not. It is unlikely that other people are paying such close attention to you for a fun time that they listen carefully to your laughter and determine whether your laughter is a good or a strange sounding one. Another reason people are afraid to laugh out loud is that they do not want to see childish in a professional environment. It is true that children laugh more than adults. In fact, the average preschooler laughs and laughs about 400 times a day, but the laughs do not a worker or an employer looking stupid. In fact, recent research suggests that work needs to lighten up, because 63% of respondents in a survey said that they felt stress at work has affected their health and family life adversely. Many companies are actually trying to bring humor back into the business world, because employers know that by incorporating the fun back into the workplace, can employees maintain a sense of happiness and be more efficient with their work. So laugh a little at work, be it by encouraging others to actually take pleasure in his profession. No one will assume you are stupid. They will just think you try to enjoy the time you spend at work. And who knows, maybe you're just what someone else needs to feel a bit more comfortable and start laughing too. Laughing must be part of our everyday lives. Every time we give a real, deep belly laugh, we actually burn about 3.5 calories, and we release endorphins. When these endorphins are released in the body, it is an exciting effect similar to the effects of an intense workout. Laughing also strengthens and fills our cells, souls and minds by increasing our oxygen intake. A good belly laugh can boost immunity, relieve stress and to increase our pain threshold. So there you have it. You owe it to yourself to look for funny moments in life and not just laugh. Do not worry about what your laugh sounds like or what other people will think of you. Make sure to remember the benefits of laughing deals for your health. Give a good old fashioned belly laugh the next time an unexpected funny thing happens during a busy day. Like the old saying goes, "Live well, love always and laugh often."
